Quality medals with good detail and weight. I also ordered the engraving which was an applied small plate on the back of the medal. I ended up paying $12 for shipping six medals which I thought was a high price. Fast shipping.

Your shopping cart system improperly…
Your shopping cart system improperly filled out my address. My package was not delivered on time. I called your customer service line, and was given a bunch of run around. The service rep was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I have been a customer for years and this was a terrible experience. Several years ago, I had a package get messed up and your company gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. This time it was a joke,

The header plate was great
The header plate was great. Was not clear in order form that perpetual trophy did not include the 12 gold plates for the awards. Is pictured with them on order site. Would never have ordered if had realized thos 12 plates were not on the trophy.
