The worst company out there and zero support, but worse than that administration and mods ban without giving a reason. Other members of the group also use harassment towards others including myself and as an elderly person is unacceptable

I have played this game for more than ten years. Recently the board moderators have taken a draconian approach to things in the way they police the ingame boards. Bans are issued without warning, and if a warning is issued, it is held over a player's head for years. Players who have inappropriate names have their names changed, but are free to change it right back with no problems. If you say something a moderator doesn't like, they warn you or ban you just because they can. You never can get shown evidence of rule breaking, but they say you broke the rules. Rules on the boards are not being enforced fairly and equally across the board. One player can say something and get warned or banned for it. Another player can say the exact same thing and nothing happens. Recently I made a comment to a question that I cannot answer due to the fact it might be considered offensive and received an immediate board ban with no warning about it. The developer does not care about the game in general, and lets people who have big egos run it the way they see fit. There is a serious lack of customer support when a complaint is made. As far as I'm concerned, trophy is just a dictatorial compound that wants things their way, and you cannot challenge them in their views.

I have never felt so cheated and let down by an interactive content publisher. I was an active user of their game for over a year. During that time I developed my business to a large size. One day my account was banned because it was reported by a competing player who, as he later wrote to me, did not believe in the results I had achieved (even though there are players in the game who achieve better results). The official reason for the ban is the use of automatic processes and facilities, which I have never done. I immediately appealed the ban, unfortunately the representative of the game publisher explained that my account was manually checked and traces of the use of automatic scripts were indeed found. I have never used anything like that and it is impossible. I am not saying that their employee did not check my account, it seems to me that they considered the times or speed of performing actions in the game to be unrealistic. I was banned based on a subjective opinion, and what they found in the game logs could not have been something impossible for a human to do, because I played with my own hands. They treat me like an intruder. I lost money and time invested in the game. Sad story but even sadder that someone can be treated like that.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. Their update cycle is painfully slow, and they seem more focused on launching new games than supporting their existing ones. Late-game players are clearly not a priority. I wouldn't recommend taking this company seriously until they commit to consistent and meaningful updates.
