Pearl has been my go to support person and is very approachable whenever I am stuck with finding my way around my TDL and all the tools I need. She checks in regularly, making sure I am on track. Still a bit difficult to navigate TDL, the site should be made friendlier and easier to navigate but April has been splendid so far.

I was confused regarding navigating how to locate previous course date materials as on the library site everything in under one head title. I was able to contact an admin staff Esther, who speedily connected me with one of their technical staff team. We were able to go through how to navigate the site step by step until I had clear understanding on how to do it myself which I am grateful for.

Great experience with the tritek teams....They are always ready to support you. They are good listener ready to solve any issues. Tritek have the best support teams.

They jump and make you confuse. I feel the in-house of Tritek staffs are those always at the forefront laying out all the assignments and projects, otherwise how do you jumpstart lecture and after the first class you start issuing assignments?
I will never recommend please.
