Do not believe on the travel agencies …
Do not believe on the travel agencies suggested by TripCrafters.
TripCrafters company do not takes ownership of any issues with the Travel Agencies. They gave me details of travel agency from which I made my trip plan. The travel agency ThinkGo Travels gave me false Itinerary and did not completed around 30% of sightseeing. Sent email to TripCrafters and they replied that it is not their responsibility to intervene in the matters that are related to travel agencies even though the travel agency details were given by TripCrafters itself.

Dear Mr. Bansal,
Thanks for your feedback. Please understand that TripCrafters.com tries to get you contacted with travel companies depending on your travel requirements. However, your interactions with Travel Agents including engagement of services, payment and delivery of services, or any other terms and conditions associated, are solely between you and such Travel Agents. We do not make bookings directly for you or charge you any booking fees, and therefore we are not in a position to guarantee or endorse the services offered by a travel agent.
The terms and conditions that apply to the use of TripCrafters are clearly mentioned on our website.
We highly recommend that you take a look at the profile of the companies that were emailed to you before deciding to book with them. Their profile should have background information about the companies as well as past traveler reviews to help you make an informed decision.
