Kanda boat lodge. Det værst tænkelige sted i Taikib 3 pers. 4 uger. Absolut ingen service, selv wc papir måtte vi selv købe, ligesom poser til affaldsspanden, som vi også selv måtte tømme. Ved Indtjekning forlangte de dobbelt depositum af hvad der var forud betalt. Det tog en time og trusler om politi, før de nødtvungent betalte tilbage.Efter en uge viste det sig at vores værrelser var fyldt med væggelus og vi var hårdt angrebet. Brev fra lægen på Thai, sagde tydeligt at det var væggelus og der skulle professionel assistance til at udrydde det. Vi fik et nyt værrelse, som de mente at vi skulle betale ekstra for, og nægtede at gøre noget. Værtinden løj til ejeren og sagde det var små dyr men at vi ikke viste hvad det var. Hold jer langt væk fra dette sted, det er røver og banditter hele banden. Værtinden Mama Lee, var ganske forfærdelig, de fleste dage sad hun og tronede ved det eneste bord med gode stole ved poolen så gæsterne måtte sidde på hårde træskoene. Hun tjekkede vores fødder for sand som var vi børn og var på alle måder grænseoverskridende. Vi kommer ALDRIG tilbage til den røverbule.

WORST COMPANY ALLOWING FAKE REVIEWS FROM CLIENTS AND REJECTINGT THE REAL ONES AND MAKE DEFAMING THE CONCERN NAME.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

Do not take tripcrafters leads as they are fake and they scam you. All leads i got are just fake or low quality leads. Instead go for facebook ads or google ads instead of sprnding money with them.

After my review deleted in holidify portal about premium travel planners later I get to know that this tripcrafters and premium travel planners both companies are fraud. They were showing only positive reviews about premium Travel planners in holidify page but if anyone post negative reviews about this agency in portal they won't show if they show they will show 1 or 2 days later they will delete. So don't trust this agencies and don't book your tour package or don't enquiry with them.

I am a travel agent and invested money for buying leads....but this platform of trip crafters are nothing just wastage of time and money...not a single lead converted....even the team are not cooperative....its a money laundering platform

I'm a user of tripcrafter. Maximum leads didn't answer the calls, all the leads they provide are from social sites.

Amazing services and quick response. So far the best team I have worked with.

Please dont trust them. Dont buy leads from them. Totally wasted our hard earn money. Customer care never ready to listen your issue. They are money minded people. Dont go with them. very bad experience

Thanks God that the Turkey Tour finally completed because of TurkeyTavelshop at Istanbul who has multiple agents in India including DOrganisers.
They start insulting irritating interaction on any followup or feedback specially after money given.
For example, Domestic ticket was made for Istanbul - Izmir which arrives at night and no dinner was available......never bothered to inform even. On feed back they said with irritations......."helpless".
Full of tension as they do not communicate in advance, manipulated explanation and have no control on the tour.
We never recommend DOrganisers.

I'm writing this review after 1 month user experience and consultation with fellow industry colleagues.
I wonder how such bogus firm still exists in market and no body is raising questions.
Their Sales team is sweet talker prior to purchase subscription only. Post Sales team seems assigned to argue only.
Paid 7000 for 50 leads. None of them was genuine. It seems they are circulating fake leads as half of lead passenger don't respond only.

I request agents to work on own SEOs instead feeding such unprofessional marketplaces.

A great experience with Amodi Lanka travels. Especially the hospitality by Mr. Sameera. Very decent hotels and overall guidance. Vishal the representative was very approachable n friendly.. coordinated well.
Alleppey hotel was bad..Vishal later changed to new hotel..it was quick action..

I landed on TripCrafters’ site by chance, ‘gambled’ a bit since I didn’t know what to expect & how trustworthy it was. And myyy… I’m grateful I went ahead!

I had never been to my potential destination nor have the people in my close circle, so I was starting from scratch in planning the trip as a solo female traveler & hoping to get a reliable support.

I was surprised when the staff actually called my mobile from their office - not a free call on a mobile app) which meant it was an international call! I immediately got a hint that this was a legit & serious biz.

The staff informed that there would be a travel agent based in my potential destination getting in touch to offer some itineraries. And not only that materialised, but I’ve also found a new trusted friend, not just a travel agent, in the country I’ve only visited for the first time.

Keep on the trustworthiness & professionalism, please! Hope there’ll be a next time.

This is a worst of worst experience. They provide the packages and charges a lot. Zero customer service and just ask for payments again and again.
We booked our Kerala tour and it was nothing less than a worst experience and tripcrafter made us fool by taking all our money. Never ever book or submit enquiry to them. They will sell your personal information to anyone and you get many spam calls a day and ask for payment.

Tripcrafter client Tripenure booked my Shimla Trip My hotel Experience was not good .
1. Hotel is under constructed
2. Geyser was not working
3. Generator Facility also not there
4. Electricity Issue
5. Lunch and Dinner is very limited option buffet system not there
