Brilliant from start to finish. I had two personalised harnesses made and the contact was brilliant. We get exactly what we had hoped for . Very well made and looked fab on my dogs. Quickly made and posted out. We dealt with a lovely lady who could not of been any more helpful. We will be ordering again without question.

Great product. Love the personalisation. Lots of colours to choose from. Already have a waterproof collar which is a great product, ideal for a water-loving Lab! Matching training lead an excellent addition. Very happy.

A computer error caused my order to go through multiple times. I sent a message and was contacted immediately, problem sorted, refund made. Never experienced this level of customer service before with any company. I will continue to use Trinkety Paws as the products are amazing but what a great company to deal with.

Really great products love them all I have so many sets now there so good and with been biothane too and waterproof is an extra bonus for walk in the rain and muddy fields.

My dog wears a harness and I wanted a simple collar to attach his ID tag. We go to the seaside a lot so the collar had to be waterproof with non-rust fittings. He's a big hairy dog so I needed a large collar which would be visible through his coat. The yellow Trinkety Paws collar with brass fittings is perfect! Also the rope and leather toy has gone down very well,

I contacted them after placing my order as I was hoping to receive the lead before going away the following weekend, they promised this would be made on the Monday and sent out, it did indeed arrive before the weekend

Highly recommend the biothane leads, they are such high quality, look smart, and don't hurt my hands when my dogs pull! Really comfortable to use and easy to wipe clean

I've made several orders from Trinkety Paws over the past few years. I love how many colors and size options they have, including for the metal hardware, so that you can really find or customize pieces that match your personal aesthetic, dog's personality and also just situational needs. I've ordered several custom slip leads and leashes to use in sports and on hikes. I lots of comments asking where they're from because they're each unique. I live in the US so shipping is always a bit pricey due to being international. Still, it feels totally worth it due to the quality and I always get my products in a reasonable amount of time even being sent overseas! Overall great company that I highly recommend.
