As a business owner, his style and approach resonates well. Our transaction was a bit complicated as the listing broker didn't show up to do their side of the work, Vincent sprung into action and ensured all documentation was secured in a timely manner and did not let this lapse impact our closing date. Worst loan experience ever. Sure I ended up getting a loan. It took an extremely long time for them to process the paperwork, luckily the people we were buying from were patient. But the biggest issue I have faced is four months later I’m continuously getting calls from Lender’s trying to give me a loan since they shared both mine and my husbands contact info with hundreds of lenders. There’s nothing I can do to make the calls stop..
