What a seamless job by Vinny and his team! My 5th boat purchase using Vinny. Always on top of the necessary paperwork needed and in a timely manner,even when he is on vacation. Such dedication:)

These guy's SUCK and have for a long time!!! Do your RESEARCH you can do MUCH better.
Lack of communication, letting approvals expire, not sending necessary documents at the same time. I don't know how they are still in business.
Horrible way to start your boating experience.

Started off great however my agent, Heidi Moylan, avoided all forms of communication. The system for uploading documents had conflicting information on insurance requirements and I could not get clarification of what was needed. This went on for over a week. I decided to go thru a different lender with pretty much the same interest rate. I was able to pick up my boat in two days. I guess it depends on who you get as an agent.

Vincent Luzietti and Dana Lent were very easy to work with. They were always responsive and attentive to our needs and request and communicated openly on what they needed from us. The overall experience was a pleasure. Highly recommend working with them on any of your financing needs.

I have been doing business with Vincent Luzietti from Trident Funding for my 4 Midnight Express boats since 2020. Time and time again, he continues to come through for me in the most professional and expedient manner and this current experience was no different. They always exceed expectations. It is truly a pleasure working with Vincent and the Trident Team!

Started out good. They worked the loan process quickly. However, once the paperwork was done and I waited for my title and plates is when the nightmare began. Its been 4 months the RV plates have expired and I still dont have new plates or a title. Called numerous times. When I can get them to call me back they say just a couple of more days, then another excuse pops up. The latest was a problem with one of the applications now having to be resubmitted. I HAVE A $160K MACHINE I CANT DRIVE LEGALLY, BUT HAVE MADE 4 PAYMENTS!!

We are in the middle of the worst experience ever with Tridenr funding. Amongst several clerical errors, attempted rate increase and requests that are not traditional we finally made it to closing. Unfortunately, they wired the money to the WRONG bank. Calls were ignored when finds did not arrive, and finally hours later they notified us of their “operations” error. However, we have not had any follow up and have no idea where any of this stands as of now. Calls are being sent to voicemail.

Financed my boat through Trident and worked with both Vinny and Dana. To date the experience has been a very positive one. Communication and follow through are fantastic. Responded to questions almost immediately. Listened to my upfront concerns and understood the nuances my situations. Thank you both for all your assistance.

I really liked working with Trident and particularly Vincent. He was very helpful and consistent with his communication throughout the process, always available for questions and provided constant updates.

We financed an RV through Trident Funding and closed on December 26, 2025. As of March 25, we still do not have our license plate.

What should have been a straightforward registration process turned into a nearly three-month delay due to multiple avoidable issues. We later learned that key documents were not sent when requested (including Power of Attorney and lien paperwork), and the file was even submitted to the State of Florida missing a required signature, which caused it to be sent back and restarted.

Even after the plate was finally issued, we were told it would be overnighted, and that has also been delayed.

The result is that we have been unable to legally use the RV we’ve been paying for since December. A temporary tag was never offered or even mentioned during this process, which could have at least allowed us to use the vehicle while these issues were being resolved.

To their credit, the team has been responsive at times, but the number of errors and the length of the delay are difficult to overlook.

At this point, we are simply hoping for delivery of the plate and a fair resolution to account for the extended loss of use.

I had an outstanding experience with Trident Funding. From start to finish, Dana, Vincent, and the entire team were professional, attentive, and incredibly responsive. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and keep everything moving efficiently.

What really stood out was their commitment to going above and beyond. They made sure every detail was handled quickly and correctly, It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about both speed and quality. They delivered on both.

Applied for financing thru Good Sams and the loan was sent to Trident Funding. I accepted because they quoted a very good interest rate, but wish I would have thought it thru a little more. It would have been worth an extra 1% to finance locally.

Communication has been nonexistent. Any interaction has been after I leave multiple voice mails and emails in an attempt to get answers. My rep actually went on vacation in the middle of the process and didn't send any notification of his absence and there was nobody to carry his workload while he was gone. Lost another week in the process right there.

We are now a month into the process and the funding has finally been released to the seller but the registration has to go thru some company named 50 States DMV who now tells me it will be another 3 weeks before the registration is complete so I can actually go pick up the RV. In the meantime, it's sitting on the seller's property waiting.

Worst communication I've ever seen from a "professional" interaction. It's seriously making me question Good Sams' judgement when finding companies to work with. I WILL NOT make that mistake again.

Lesson learned: Sometimes it's better to pay a little more to work with a company that you can communicate with locally. Stay away from Good Sams finance options and check instead with your local credit unions.
