Wow - sometimes a hasty review is really a horrible decision. That was certainly the case with my review of March 12 in which I warned caveat emptor. Without asking, this seller on its own reviewed the circumstances of my purchase and, without any request on my part, completely refunded the 10% re-stocking fee that had been assessed. I'd say that was pretty good service.

After first refund, he said he will mail me the item as soon as its available
He never did
After 2 weeks, I saw item was listed again, purchase it, and again - never received item

They initially sent the wrong item and did not respond to the email I sent to customer service. However, the company reached out to me and made a great effort to reconcile the situation. I am very pleased with the personal attention I received and, as a result, will not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.

Ordered a wallet via Bonanza.com. Item was never received. 14 days after order placed (and 10 days after expected delivery), company called me and stated they had received my payment & the delay was due to "we've just started working with bonanza". Multiple further attempts to contact the company were unanswered.

This company took my money six months ago, but never shipped the product and will not respond to inquiries or refund the money. DO NOT give this company your money.
