He arranged priority one day shipping for a small fee, three day delivery is free. The shoes arrived today, new and in their original box. They exceeded my expectations. If anything had been wrong I had a paid return shipping label for a 100% refund. This is an excellent source for brand names which I will use again. I like the concept of “make an offer”, name your price, they will accept your offer if it is reasonable so you don’t have to wait till it is on sale. The choice of sizes maybe limited but if you see it, grab it before it is gone! Sign up for their emails, so you won’t miss the new arrival. When I first visited Tribeca Fashion House's website, I couldn't believe the prices were real. The deals were unbeatable but also reinforced by their authenticity policy.

What surprised me more was the excellent customer service I received up receiving my first order! Although one of my items were exactly as expected, I was not completely satisfied with one of my other orders and asked for a refund on my purchase. Not only do they offer free shipping for orders as well as returns, they also make sure to find ways to make you happy by making sure you find exactly what you need.

Appear to have great products but awful service. They accepted my offer in 1stdibs, payment went through on PayPal immediately. No product delivery or response to my emails and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. Thankfully, 1stdibs helped out and will send refund (in a couple of weeks).

Not only did I order two pairs of what was suppose to be PRADA shoes, but they sent the wrong items, the shoes were used and they are not getting back to me with the return information as to where I should send back the shoes. They are a nightmare. So upset and disappointed with this company
