Horrible.
Got a console for 240$ CAD and it just didnt work. So they agreed to send me ANOTHER one but guess what? Still wont work lol. So i guess ill have to get my money back.

I ordered the flagship pro 500GB, incredible machine, the kids love it and so do I. It has all the best old school games on it, also their customer service is excellent, they keep you updated throughout the ordering process. Recommended to family and friends.

Really happy with the 2tb console. I emulated on my computer before but this console made my life so much easier. All I have to do is plug it and play on my 72 inch TV. Over 1400 ps1 games only, and so many great ps2 titles. It includes few Xbox games that are fun and you can add your own games too very easily. Customer service is great also. They don't disappoint. I highly recommend it.

This is the first time I am getting a retro game console and actually enjoy playing all the retro games. I went for a higher tier console with 2tb storage, cost slightly more but its totally worth. Love playing the old n64 and atari games, also the ps2 has an amazing collection of over 200 games. I can tell you, the console does not lag or freeze like other ones. I didnt have to contact customer support but they are very quick to respond to facebook comments and sending game list. Overall, it's been amazing experience with tt.

Got the new HyperBase pro really happy with the performance of this one and would highly recommend. Nice quality case with quality internals, two solid controllers and quick delivery. Plenty of games on plenty of consoles, simple enough to add and remove games if you have them. Happy Days. Too add Sam was awesome for any help if needed, would highly recommend Trend Treks👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌

The system works exactly like it states! We had a few kinks along the way, but the customer service was wonderful and everything works as it should. This takes me back to my younger years and it’s exactly what I wanted.

I bought a black gaming console with 2 wired controllers and 2 wireless ones. Unfortunately the wired controllers had the buttons on the wrong side, plus had very short cables. Instead I used my PS4 controllers, it's now perfect for 3 or more players. other than that I would say it's worth the dollar if you are into retro games.

Product sent out but half the files/systems were missing.
Contact them and you prove to them with screenshots what is missing so they ask you to return everything. Like a fool i did and months go by with zero response so i chased them up twice and zero response again!
Basically, i got robbed of my money as i've nothing to show for it.
Plenty of other companies out there offering the same products, please go use one of them and avoid being ripped off
Update - i was finally refunded the whole amount after Trendtreks admitted they lost my order. It was disappointing that all my requests for an update got ignored and only negative feedback on here prompted a response.

Amazing customer service! I placed an order but received no confirmation or any order number, got really worried lol thought my £295 has been scammed and lost. So I contacted them and they then checked my details, turned out I entered my email wrong that's why I wasn't able to receive emails from them. I received my package 10 days later although I paid for express shipping to receive under 8 days. I told them about this, they refunded my shipping fee which I think is great. The console and controllers were also amazing but the box it came was slightly battered in transport. Overall a great purchase.

Woot Woot!! got my console at great price, this is first time buying from this website. I thought it was a scam site like many others, but I went ahead and bought becuase the product seemed too good, had too many sticks in the past but their new console with 70k games very impressive. opened the box and it was lighter than i had expected by once connected, it was superloud and super fast. The console has all my childhood games that i havent seen in ages. Perfect and love it.

Ok I don’t want any money back and I’ve given up on the product being able to work long term but I would like to share my experience of this so others are aware and don’t become disappointed or have to deal with their disappointed 11 year old when this system crashes. It is at best a rental system enabling you to get a taste of some of the games you used to play. I ordered the system with 57,000 games in January and 3 weeks later it arrived. Initially I was impressed. Some games were a bit laggy but some were really good and my daughter soon got to love the likes of Crazy Taxi and Paperboy. We tried to download a new game and unfortunately the system crashed. This would have been after having the system for about 2.5 weeks. To be fair it was replaced and within 2 weeks we got the new system. Again everything worked well for about 2.5 weeks before it crashed again. This was at the end of March. I immediately made them aware however this time it took a further 2 weeks to respond and this time it was tough luck. You’ve had the system for over 60 days from when you ordered (which if you include the postage delays and delays in getting back to us is true) and apparently this is what the terms specify is the agreed amount of time for returns but it is from the initial order date not from the date you had any replacement and I don’t remember receiving terms. So if you want to rent a games system for a combined 5 weeks and happy to pay £50 or more to do so then this is great. If you’re looking as I was for something more permanent and something you can enjoy for the next few years either as a memory or with your kids then please try something else and learn from our experiences
