St. Regis Resort North Topsail unit 2404
Writing on the internal walls, ice maker didnt work, bedroom TV didnt work. No onsite management team, no sheets,towels or even toilet paper. Did not disclose damaged areas until after you booked. Construction noise at 7AM everyday.
When you were able to finally contact the management team, they came across as dishonest and uncaring.

Very disappointed and I will not recommend to anyone I know to stay there.

BEWARE! There is a hurricane right now and the island has a mandated evacuation! We purchased the travel insurance and they still won’t reimburse. In the emails they have sent they expect us to sit on a will call basis and wait to see when they the evacuation is lifted, see if the house is intact! They will only let us file the claim if it is 4 or more days into the vacation. That means that we have to wait to drive 12 hrs to get there and then only have 3 days there and drive 13 hrs home! Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!

We have rented two years in a row with Treasure Realty. Both years when we arrived at check-in, the houses were dirty. That is unacceptable. We pay a lot of money to rent a nice house for our extended family for the week. The management was rude, inconsiderate and did not compensate us well for the dirty house. They seem to be understaffed and need to get their act together. We will not be renting from them again. Think twice before you rent with this company. You may arrive to a dirty house.

Well their is a lot to say for starters the duplex burned down the first day are cars and everything we brought were to. treasure realty was great at first bought us food put us in another place not oceanfront but hey.Now when we started to ask questions and talk to the media that’s when they distanced themselves didn’t talk or reach out at all and still to this day they haven’t reimburse my uncle or grandparents. I mean what else do you have to do to get reimbursed. We will never rent from them again and probably will never go to topsail again

We have been renting from Treasure Realty for three or four years. The staff of Treasure Realty values their customers and they go the extra mile for their customers. Treasure Realty Staff are the BEST realtors on the island!

My parents booked a condo at Topsail Dunes for the week of 7/13. My dad just received a phone call tonight (7/2), stating that the condo would not be ready in time due to damages and their reservation is canceled and told nothing else is available. The agent sent listings for places 4x the cost of the original condo. What terrible business considering it was NEVER mentioned it was even a possibility the condo would not be available.

The process from beginning to end was very user friendly! I just wish the refund of the security deposit took less time!

I always enjoy dealing with Treasure realty. It is easy to book, we like to book year to year which is what we have done for the past 5 years. We have had problems with our house from time to time, but it is always quickly resolved. A word of caution, while you are at the beach to enjoy your time with family both in and near the water. We had a young family member drift out to far on a tube. we called 911. The police arrived first and with binoculars were able to keep eyes on her. Next to arrive was the fire chief with a firefighter. There job was to watch as she drifted further out, The plan was to wait for a boat on the main land to put in and come to our location. It never arrived.
We were told that this area is not staged for any water rescue.

it was a traumatic event for our family and others on the beach as the girl decided her only option was to try to swim in. This was horrifying. She is not a strong swimmer and could not have made it. At this time the fire fighter put on a life vest and swam towards her. Two vacationers several houses up went into the water with two surf boards. The firefighter got to her first both swimmers were exhausted.
The bystanders/vacationers, on boards arrived next. Still no rescue boat. Thanks to the help of the firefighter and kind and God sent men that arrived on the boards both the exhausted swimmers were brought to shore. Please know that This area on north topsail beach is not STAGED for water rescue. Be prepared with safety equipment such as a very good life vest and possibly a paddle or surf board.
We love this beach but things can happen. Be prepared for this kind of emergency please.
We will take both these things with us on our next vacation at TopSail Island. Sometime thing happen, be aware and prepare.

Best staff and best rentals on the island!

I have been traveling to Topsail Island for almost twenty years for family vacations and each time I have booked thru Treasure Realty, I have always found them to be courteous and professional and always helpful when I need assistance, thank you.

We've been renting from Treasure for roughly ten years as I recall. In that time we've never had a problem with the staff or the properties. But when the air conditioner malfunctioned this last time, they responded within hours with several portable units that cooled the house VERY well until the HVAC tech came out with a final fix. Impressive response time, impressive technology. Treasure is a SUPER company with a great staff. Polite and friendly too, BTW.

We have rented the same house for a few years now and have had great experiences with Treasure Realty - The owners left us a special treat this year for booking after the storm - super sweet!

2019 was my family's maiden year to get a beach house of our own. For the past 6 years or so, we have been staying with my dad and he takes care of everything! From my first initial contact to my last, Treasure Realty was truly professional and friendly and answered all my questions with ease. The ladies that I spoke to calmed any fears and made sure all my paperwork was set ushering in a flawless vacation. Thank you for all your time and effort! Can't wait until next year!
