Villa Justina was amazing. Just as described if not better. We loved it and the service was great. Can't recommend them highly enough - we will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed in Villa Granada for a birthday weekend and had a great time! The Villa was beautiful and the property manager was so helpful! JR answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect Villa for my group. The entire stay was very enjoyable and we all had a great time!

It's a very nice place in a good location. But, the location also makes it fairly busy, so sometimes it can get a little noisy, and some people can get a little nosy about what's behind the wall. It was quite rainy when we arrived, and that made the gate and one outdoor electrical outlet malfunction. Since there is no garage, that also made things quite wet as we were trying to get inside. An EV charger would also have been appreciated. Moreover, the doors were a little tricky to lock, so an explanation on that would have been helpful.

Renting a house in Miami with the Jatina Group was an incredible experience. The team is exceptional at what they do - providing exemplary service at all times from inquiry of booking all the way through check out. No detail is left behind throughout the entire experience. Communication was efficient and seamless with the entire team. The property was exactly as described and the team went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable by providing easy check in details, a welcome gift, and fully stocked amenities to accommodate all 12 guests for a weekend stay. The concierge services provided by Nick Turner were great - very easy to communicate with and put us in touch with hosts to make nightlife reservations, organize limo rides, and hire a private chef. I would recommend to anyone that they rent in Miami with Jatina Group as you will be guaranteed a perfect weekend!

Everything was exceptional during our stay at Villa Saha. Starting with the arrangements that Sam made so that we could occupy the villa the same day, The kindness of Laurence and Luke for the check in process and every detail. The Villa itself is so comfortable and beautiful !! The lighting, location, the views, pictures can’t describe it. We love nature so we could not choose a better place to stay. Looking forward to come back. Definitely a beautiful experience. Thank you !!

Our getaway was simply amazing! The house was in a perfect location and less than 15 minutes to all the fun that Miami had to offer me and the family. The house itself was beautifully decorated and clean, so much so, I took plenty of pictures as inspiration for my house. Great hosts were available and answered my silly questions without making me feel dumb. Will definitely come back!!!

I absolutely loved my stay with the Jatina Group. These guys are so hands on, took care of me from A-Z, even got me a private chef and driver for the whole week.

They really are going above and beyond for their clientele.
Will definitely book again when I'm planing my next Miami trip!

We had an incredible experience renting a villa in Miami for a bachelor through Jatina Group. The villa was in immaculate condition when we arrived and just as advertised through the website. The concierge service was a great amenity to have with the rental and they were extremely responsive throughout the duration of our stay. We booked our rental car through them and they even helped us make last minute reservations.

Absolutely nothing but high praise. From top to bottom five stars all day and cannot wait for the next stay! Stellar accommodations, recommend at the highest level!

Went to Miami for my birthday and had an amazing time at Villa Granada. The property manager was very helpful during the check in process and the home was overall great. I could tell the management company really takes their time to make sure all their homes are well kept for new clients.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at the villa. Huge thank you to Matt for all his help. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The house was well-kept, and the views were breathtaking. Would most certainly return!
