Got the item quickly. Haven’t opened it yet as birthday present.

I’ve assembled many items/furniture but this by far is the worst ever! Horrible instructions and too hard to assemble on your own. Given its cheap but there are options at this cost. Take your money elsewhere and do yourself a favour!

Overall it was a great experience.. Online ordering went flawlessly... I bought a orthopedic mattress, that was worth every cent I paid for it.. delivery service staff were incredible.
Only fault, was the bed frame I ordered.. couldn't cope with the weight of the mattress and it fully collapsed immediately. I needed this bed urgently, so with a tube of structural urethane I managed to hobble it all together.

Quick delivery, realities easy to erect ( took 2).

Super fast delivery service, ordered on Sunday night and the sofa bed arrived by Tuesday morning. We are also happy with product (Homer sofa bed) itself.

Good fast delivery and easy to put together. Lots to choose from. Would rate 5 stars if the finish of the wrap didn't have wrinkles over the wood

Excellent speedy delivery and very happy with the product.

The item looks nice but the instructions were hard to follow and at times hard to read. It is not well constructed, very wobbly, I would not trust it in a child's room.

No instructions no srews so I can't even put together

Super cheap prices, and it's great as we needed a new sofa but really didn't want to buy an expensive one as we have young kids.

Treasurebox has good prices and decent furniture.

Dispatch was super fast however i didn’t receive any tracking updates. No emails to advise my order was on the way or had been delivered. Happy with the speed of delivery (2 days) but next time would appreciate updates

Tracking has been pretty minimal, I haven't been given any information whatsoever and had to call the number connected to CastleParcels to see if my order had gotten into their hands and left the warehouse. Not really a Treasure Box issue I'll say that, haven't received the vanity yet but I know it'll be good quality as some friends have a few. Good product & brand just a lack of communication/updates on tracking.
