The product was perfect as expected althought I was disappointed that the oak was out of stock. It is what I really wanted.
Paid for Rural Delivery but there was a catch with that as the local delivery guy refused to take the package, so I also had the cost of driving 20 mins to the NZ Couriers depot and back. Please complain to the RD company at Coural.

I can't believe how fast the first product was processed an delivered 2nd product hopefully will get in just as fast today ordered same day due to size understandable would come in a separate van super fast super reliable thankyou treasure box

Mirror - great value for money
Very happy with the large wall mirror purchased (great price, good quality) however there was a delay when picking it up as there was only one person available to process the order. However, would definitely purchase again from Treasurebox.

Once the order was placed the process to collect it from the warehouse was very straightforward and efficient. The buttons to say you are on the way and that you have arrived worked well and the order was ready to be picked up minutes later

Poor shipping speed.
Took several days for my order to leave the Treasure Box warehouse which in turn ended up causing the package to take an entire week to arrive. Typically I wouldn't mind as it would be the shipping company's issue but it was shipped out late which made it Treasure Box's issue.
