I instructed on a level-2 Home Buyers Survey for a maisonette. Not only did we receive a detailed report back within a matter of days, our surveyor; Bradley, was trustworthy, stayed in constant communication, and was overall a huge help in the home buying process.
After his inspection, Bradley called to have a give a brief overview of his findings, as well as having a longer discussion after I had read the report to discuss next steps, and he also offered to read over and advise on a quote I had from a damp proofing company.
The level of service received went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't recommend Bradley and Treadstonesurveying highly enough.
