We recently used Nicholas and Co Surveyors to carry out a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey.The complete process from booking our survey right through to the telephone consultation to discuss any findings was both informative and seamless.

I have bought many houses over the years but this was by far the best survey that I've ever paid for. It was the slightly enhanced survey option, Level 2 I think, (which I recommend) and it was very detailed, with plenty of images to illustrate the points made. More importantly, the company was a pleasure to deal with and the staff very helpful. The post-survey phone call option is also highly recommended.

Nicholas & Co. from payment to report took 13 working days, a bit more than expected, due to beginning of the year rush (as they explained to me over the phone), but they were easy to reach and talk to over the phone or via email. After the inspection, 6 working days later I had a complete 56 page report with pictures, clear language with recommendations to forward to my solicitor and for my future self. They are worth the price, and their website/system was very smooth. I would recommend.

I undertook some APC Valuation training with Nicholas Zorpides for my recent RICS APC interview.

Whilst we only managed to book the training in at very short notice, Nicholas was able to co-ordinate a high level, fast paced series of sessions to readdress the fundamentals of Valuation, setting a series of mini tasks which we reported on at subsequent sessions, and he ensure we had a thorough understanding of Hardcore/Top layer and Term & Reversion methods, including the different scenarios in which we would use them.

I would recommend Nicholas' valuation training for anybody who has previoiusly covered valuations and needs a refresher in advance of their APC.

Nicholas and Co were swift to reply to our original enquiry and arranged for the survey to take place within a week. I was pleased with the survey and Nicholas helpfully arranged for us to have a call to discuss it, he also took the time to offer potential solutions to the main problem highlighted which was really useful.

There was a loft space that Nicholas was unable to access, so I sent a few photos photo after the event which he was happy to comment on.

As a firm they were great to deal with and couldn’t do enough to help. A friend had recommended them to me and I would also recommend them highly.

Nicholas acted for me in a lease extension submission to a landlord. Nicholas carried out the valuation and subsequently led the negotiations with the landlord.
The valuation was undertaken quickly and met my time constraints. Nicholas explained to me clearly and concisely every step of the valuation process. This was for me incredibly important as it enabled me to understand how the values were arrived at and avoided ambiguity going forward.
During the negotiations with the landlords representative Nicholas expertly explained to me their position also. Due to Nicholas professional approach we very quickly arrived at an agreed outcome with the landlord.
