Zero stars! This company is horrible. I ordered 4 pair of shoes, size women 10. Over 6 weeks later I received the wrong sizes (3 pair were labeled size 41 and the 4th pair was labeled 255). All of the shoes are way too tight and too small. I can’t wear any of them. I was told no refunds or exchanges.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! It took forever, almost 2 months to receive the 2 pair of shoes I ordered. I kept emailing asking where my order was. After 3 emails and putting that in the email. I finally got a response. I asked were they a scam and conned me out my money! Shoes are smaller than expected. Cheap material. Now trying to get a refund and return, and Phoebe (POC via emails) wants a frekn picture of what was sent. I got what you sent!! Give me my money back and take your shoes back!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

it took forever to receive the shoes I ordered after several attempts to cancel and no response I finally got them. These shoes run very small and the materials are cheap similar to picture advertised but cheap. After several emails their response is they do not offer exchange or refund so therefore I'm stuck.

I was very disappointed with these shoes. Took over 8 weeks to receive my order and the shoes were too small. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of shoes and size. They came back stating size was correct and nothing will be done to correct order. I have had nothing but grief with companies from China. Be careful and make sure they do not originate from China.

I decided to make two purchases, I still have yet to see any packages, I ordered 6 pairs between 2 orders, so my question is where are they?I ordered them in February! I have sent messages from my personal phone, asking where these shoes are? Its amost April...

I ordered my shoes on February 27th, and got them today March 28th and they’re too small😓 If you order from this site, go up a size!! I never received a shipping confirmation... I was beginning to think it was a hoax until today they came out of nowhere, on a Sunday at that!

Horrible I order 2 pairs of them shoes February 10th 2021 and I just got a refund from my bank because I had no notification no email no information about my order if you ordered from them you better call your bank and get a refund ASAP.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR I WOULD. I ORDERED 2 PAIRS AND OF THEIR SHOES ON FEBRUARY 9, 2021. IT IS NOW MARCH 24TH 2021. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, NOR HAVE I HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I’VE BEEN EMAILING THEM AND EMAILING THEM AND EMAILING THEM AND I‘M STILL NOT GETTING A RESPONSE FROM THEM. SMH.!! THIS IS CRAZY.

I have seen the bad reviews but have to say that my experience has been the complete opposite. I bought 2 pairs of school shoes for my son's in August 2020. Both fitted perfectly and looked great. My eldest sons shoes still look new 7 Months later. A lace snapped and I was sent a new pair in 3 days. Youngest son managed to get a hole in his and having sent Treads some photos they were replaced. 5 Star customer service and great quality shoes. I will NEVER go back to Clarks!

After 6 weeks and contacting my bank to reverse the charges, my boots finally arrived. They look cute but the right boot on both pairs are a little small. What I didn’t realize is the boots are coming from China and although they have a size chart, it is not always accurate. I’m just thankful it finally came after cancelling my bank card and having my bank track them down. The communication was very poor with Trendi not responding and didn’t have telephone number for me to talk to a live representative.
This was my first and last experience with them.

Don’t ever buy shoes from them. It took almost 2 months to get them. I order a size 8 for my daughter and size 10 for me and they are too small. They should state that there sizes are smaller and to order 2 sizes bigger. So disappointed and so upset.

Bought a pair of pink fluffy boots asked for a size 6 uk size and received a size 3 uk size. They have stated they sent the correct size and refuse to accept them back and provide a larger size!!! Never again I’m bloody fuming !!!!!

This is a scam company took my money and no shoe's! I hope they go to jail for fraud! Buyers beware of this so called company!

Should be ZERO stars! I ordered the fur slip on boots 2 pairs in February and I still havent received them nor have they even emailed me back to let me know what's going on. Smdh I read the reviews and did research so I thought it was legit! Smdh now I'm out $55 because I never got anything. Its truly bs. DO NOT BUY FROM TREADI FOOTWEAR!!!

I had amazing service from Treads. My son’s shoe got a hole in the front and they come with a 12 month guarantee. I emailed them with some photos and we received a new pair of shoes within 3 days. I thought that was brilliant service and would recommend them!

I ordered my shoes a month and a half ago and still haven't received them. I am so pissed. I should have researched this place first, my fault, needless to say, I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

If I could give this company zero star I would I ordered shoes two months ago and have not received them yet I am so pissed and dissatisfied do not have any way to contact this company

Livid this is ridiculous

So I ordered 2 pairs of these cute fury shoes 1 pink pair and 1 caramel colour brown. They sent me chocolate brown and burgundy. I wanted to return them however they can’t seem to be able to distinguish the difference in colour because the Rep messaged me back to let me know that I got what I ordered and there will be no returns or refund as she is convinced that she’s looking at the correct order😡 I replied back by sending a picture of the colours I ordered and so far I haven’t received a response.

It’s been about a month since I ordered is this normal? Do not recommend.
