I would have actually given this company no stars for customer Service but not the option. I order 2 pairs if shoes using the online measuring guide. One was to small and narrow the other was to big and very wide. Raised a return as instructed and using the returns label issued. Waited 14 days no refund. Was going to call customer services but it a premium rate number so emailed instead. They advised no record of the returns. Had to send my proof of returns receipt. Then was told to wait a further 5 days to receive my refund. Again no refund. After several more emails and more confirmation I will be getting a refund nothing. Raised a dispute with PayPal and finally recieved my money. Avoid this company.....

Firstly, I ordered their shoe measuring gauge a few months ago, as wanted to ensure I got the best fit first time. When it came to ordering shoes, we used the larger of the recommended sizes and one pair was still far too small. Also, the code for money off the shoes for buying the gauge, that never worked. So all in all the gauge was a total waste of money. Sent the shoes back that didn’t fit and ordered a bigger size. I’ll add, the first shoe order took ten days to arrive, with no contact from customer service and all emails and messages were ignored. No tracking etc was ever sent, though the website said ‘order completed’ the day after ordering. Anyway, the small shoes were sent back via Hermes, using Treads return section of the website and were collected the next day. Was promised a refund within 14 days. 14 days came and went with no refund so contacted treads who said they had no record of a return. Sent them all of the info they asked for to prove I had indeed sent them back. At this point I’m grateful that I hadn’t asked for an exchange and just a refund as my son would be without school shoes. Anyway, they replied saying they had issued a refund and it would be five working days. We are on day seven and still no refund, and emails are once again, being ignored. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and they have recommended opening a dispute with them so they can refund me, which I will reluctantly have to do. I was really looking forward to being able to support a smaller business this year rather than the usual place, but the whole thing has been one headache after another. The customer service is appalling. I just hope the shoes last now as I don’t much fancy having to use their indestructible guarantee after all this. I heard such good things about Treads but honestly, our experience has been the total opposite.

Can't believe people have had a bad experience with treads. I have been using them for the last 2 years never had an issue. The shoes are indestructible (well for my son anyway). He has never had a pair of shoes that have lasted a whole Yr of school. Treads were fab. When the laces broke I emailed treads and they sent out a new set of laces straight away. Brilliant service and brilliant shoes 👞 thank you

Horrible service, I ordered two pairs only got one and never recv. the 2nd pair, and still haven't gotten my money back in dispute with the merchant as we speak, has been since Feb. Don't waste your time and or money. It is a scam!

Horrible service will never shop with them again. Literally ordered my slippers Feb 23 and have yet to receive them and there is absolutely no tracking on my order.

I ordered over 5 mnts ago finally received 1 pair still waiting on the boots. I can’t get ahold of them

I bought the slippers I got them after 5 weeks I wore them once and the stitching as come undone on one slipper they are lovely and comfy I would have liked another pair in a different colour but not now really disappointed

Absolutely disgusting customer service - the website is gone! I received order today and they are the most horrible slippers I’ve ever seen. They’re the wrong size, smell weird and the wool is thin, not plush like on the website. Very disappointed and I’m glad I only ordered 1 pair!

Ordered shoes with paid for next day delivery. Not even sent until next day. Customer service is on 0871 number at 13p a minute so they are even making money when you ring with a problem,

Ordered shoes almost 3 1/2 months ago haven't received them and they took my money and I have not been able to get any response

I Ordered 2 pair of the boots and have sent 4 emails that were not answered to ask where they were being delivered, well they arrived yesterday 13/4/21 and they are NOTHING compared to what was pictured. They are skinny with so little fur it's just so cheap looking. No inside lining or decorations like photo depicted. I will never order from this sight ever again. Total rip off for 56.00

I ordered the black furry slip on shoes, and I love them!!! The size fits great, and they are so comfortable!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of the fur slippers they advertised on Facebook! It has been 3 months since I ordered and the only reply I have received out of the dozen or more messages sent to them was when I first ordered and they said they received my order and will send me another email when my order has been sent! I have received no shoes and no response! They now have 3 days to respond or I’m getting a lawyer! Please do NOT order from this site!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of black fuzzy boots 3 months ago and I just finally came way too skinny and is not the same as in the picture it's a totally different boot. I will never be ordering from this website again they haven't even responded back and I've done everything possible do not order from this site!!!

I order a pair of fur boots that look like every other site I seen after ordering them took almost 1.5 for them to come in and when they did they did not fit they are way to small and ARE NOT like the picture they advertised , I have sent numerous emails to them and they hardly reply and when they did they say they what I order and that is incorrect and they still will not reply to my last 4 emails now!!!! Worse place ever to order from! Won’t happen again!!

have been waiting since February for pink boots, have sent numerous requests for information...no response..finally went to my bank and filed dispute to get my money back...haven t heard back on that as yet, this was done 3/28...will never order anything coming from china again order #21334

I ordered waterproof ankle boots along with the fir slip on boots. I received the fir ankle boots. It the waterproof boots. I have sent email after email and no response. My order was made on February 16 and it it now April 5. Still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for over a month now!!! This Phoebe replies ignoring my requests for a tracking number!! I can’t afford to be scammed 😢 I never spend money on me...we rescue horses... but I thought just this one I will splash out and get myself some warm shoes for winter . This company is disgusting and full of bs !!!! I’m so angry

This company is horrible. The shoes are not true to size. I ordered an 11 and they fit like a size 9. Would not refund my money.
