I recently moved to Miami and was tasked with organizing our company’s quarterly mastermind. Initially, I tried the Airbnb and Vrbo routes but quickly realized the weekend of our event coincided with the Speedboat Formula One event, meaning availability and logistics became a challenge. After some research, I found Aspect and reached out. They responded immediately.

When planning a mastermind, there are always a lot of moving parts, especially when 95% of your guests are flying in from across the U.S. On top of that, I also needed to plan a special experience, in this case, a private yacht charter. Alex made my life so much easier. He communicated directly with both the homeowner and yacht broker, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The booking process was seamless. I was able to make payments and deposits easily through secure links sent right to my phone. The entire experience felt professional and effortless.

As someone new to Miami, it can be daunting to plan events without a local network. Alex was incredible, responsive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. Our mastermind was a success, and I’ll absolutely be using Alex again for our future events.

Alex is the man!!! Was unsure about booking with travel with aspect as I came across them serching into a specific home I wanted to rent in Miami . Immediately I was hesitant and difficult to deal with as I was trying to build trust and feel out the situation due to this being my first time booking off air b n b and Vrbo . It was the best decision I could have made! Not only did I save money , I made a new friend who will now be my go to for all my future vacations. But let me put it this way Alex went over and above with me to make me and my family feel comfortable, secure , and most of all give us a great experience in the home we desired! Alex was there every step of the way with excellent communication from the budget , booking , check in , and even my deposit refund !
