ADMIN FEES SCAMMERS
Used CHEEKYTRIP website : Booked a holiday with TravelTrek via webchat with Justin Wayne, who then rang me to take my credit card details. £795.
Only after I had made payment did he send a emailed confirmation which stated actual cost was £895! The extra £100 was an Admin and Intermediate supplier fee which they will ring me to pay them in 6 days time. Other reviewers have confirmed TravelTrek withhold your travel documents if you don’t pay the admin fee!
Cannot get refund as 100% Non Refundable
DO NOT USE TRAVELTREK! OR CHEEKYTRIP!
**YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED**
EDIT: They don’t tell you about the admin fees verbally, it’s in the last paragraph of the email that they send you AFTER you have given them your credit card details.

Not too shabby! I'd use again
I dealt with a chap called Kalyan. He was very polite and keen to give me what i wanted. He could not find me the holiday i phoned for but did find me an excellent deal, which then after paying for it, he cancelled saying they had run out of rooms. He then found me another hotel which was even more but not as nice. I decided to book this one and it was fine for our 5 night break.
It went from 400 total to 800 but it was still a good deal. The flights were good times and no issues. The free transfers provided were waiting when we got there. The transfer back was 20 mins late and the one excursion we booked through the transfer company was Very expensive and a waste of money. Avoid this! It's called DMC services. Overall a decent service provided,
