The EasyJet app wasn't letting me book a holiday.
I spoke to Angela who managed to find a way to beat the system(!) and was polite and friendly as she found a way of booking me exactly the holiday I'd chosen. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic, helped me book a new holiday stress free. Made me feel at ease and was very reassuring in regards to our new booking. Won’t hesitate too use again in the future!

I had a great experience booking with Adam from beginning to end. He reassured me with all our worries and concerns and gave us options on various packages to suit our budget. Really friendly and attentive.

I travel 2-3 times a year and this company is by FAR the WORST company I've ever used ! Booking was easy, but after there was little to no support, nowhere for me to pay for my booking, the team have not been apologetic, I see this company has had great reviews and honestly I have no idea why, wether it's "bad luck" or what.
I've had to email in 6 times to have the passenger names corrected, there's nowhere to pay for my holiday and the hold times are ridiculous, not ADHD friendly and a complete "faff". It's truly taken all the excitement away from my holiday!

I was booking a holiday online for one of my daughters and her partner, but I had some queries on the information before me so decided to ring the helpline. I was only expecting the usual customer help to explain what I was then looking at, but then Adam Hallsworth came on the phone and took over, and we are extremely glad he did because he was able to guide us through the whole process and booked the break for us with ease and confidence.
He was very friendly, helpful and had a lost of patience to make sure we were happy with the selection of hotel, flights and transfers to and from the airport.
We are grateful to him for all he did and we cannot recommend him or thank him too much.

Inadvertently booked through this company when booking via Easyjet online. Absolute nightmare to deal with as once you have made a booking with them you are unable to deal with easyJet from that point onwards. Hold for ages on the phone then they put the phone down on you. So frustrating to speak to them or even make a payment. Customer service is shocking. I have complained to Easyjet but they say there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable situation

Valerie was an excellent help as I was struggling to book our holiday on line as payment and seats wouldn’t go through. She persevered and booked our holiday to Lanzerote which took great patience due to technical issues with EasyJet. Thank you Valerie.

I had a lovely lady called Valarie who tried her very best to get me a good Hotel in the area I wanted and for a good deal, she took her time and was very patient , reading out reviews for Hotels she had chosen, (As Im one of those people that read the reviews on TripAdvisor as I know there more honest reviews) The Hotel I had wanted was not available for the 5 days I needed.
Valerie looked up 4 Hotels and the 5th one I chose in the end, she was genuinely happy for me that she found the right Hotel for the right price.

Valerie Burton was amazing we had an issue with booking and Valerie went above and beyond by sorting the issue out. And I wish we had more people like her and if I had her my team she would be good asset to any team.
