My girlfriend and I recently went on a holiday to Phuket in Thailand, Eva’s skills as a travel agent ensured out trip ran very smoothly as well as her booking us into a number of fun and interesting tours which allowed us to capture the full cultural and luxury experience that Phuket has to offer, I would 100% recommend her services to anyone looking to travel as we had a great time!

We throughly enjoyed making our travel plans with Claire from Travel Managers. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge that gave us the confidence that our trip was organised and planned professionally. She was also readily available to answer any questions and the offer to help when we were overseas was greatly appreciated.
The travel app is amazing and helped us to make the journey easy.

We recently booked another overseas trip through Jessica Bennett at Travel Managers Batemans Bay.

We had a passport problem 48 hours before we were to fly. Jessica ran me through exactly what to do, late on a Saturday night. We were so grateful for the advice and we knew exactly what we had to do.

I will never make any travel plans without going through Jessica, she covers absolutely everything, things I would never have thought of. She made everything so easy, as we followed the itinerary day by day.

Her service is of the highest standard, far beyond what I have ever known.

I recently booked a TopDeck tours holiday in New Zealand with Claire Camins as my travel agent through Travel Managers Australia. Not only was this holiday my first time going overseas, but it was also my first time travelling solo. Initially I was very anxious about the processes involved with travelling overseas and booking everything (especially as a 20 year old female doing it alone), however Claire's attention to detail, reassurance, and genuine care to help me understand the processes involved with travelling and arranging things helped put my mind at ease, making the trip completely stress free for me so that I could fully immerse myself in the beauty of New Zealand. Claire always made herself available prior, during, and after my trip to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought some of my questions were. I wouldn't have had the amazing experience I had on my holiday without Claire's help, and I can't wait to continue exploring the world with her help in the future, including my next trip to America next year.

We have used Jessica Bennet from Bateman's Bay several times and highly recommend her. She is professional, efficient, has an amazing eye for detail and a delight to deal with. Once stranded in the strange Covid times, Jessica wasn't so much "beside us all the way" but out in front anticipating and solving all problems.

Having not traveled internationally since before covid or before kids, my wife reached out to Ky, our local TravelManagers agent, for some help in booking a fairly short notice trip to Fiji for our family. She planned absolutely everything for us, was super fast with communication and tailoring things to our preference. We had an amazing time! Nicole Edgar arranged my entire trip and everything went according to plan. She answered all my queries and put my mind at ease regarding some parts of the journey I was concerned about. Nicole suggested how long to stay in each place and organised tours for every destination, so I was able to see and get the most out of the time I spent in each place.

Eva Green planned my trip to Phuket 2nd-11th of September 2024. I have only travelled to Thailand on one occasion many years ago but not to that region.

From researching as to what I was wanting out of the holiday, to many recommendations of places to see, excursions, food markets and dining suggestions, I had plenty of options to explore. Eva had previously stayed at the Katathani Hotel, so her knowledge of the resort and area was thorough. It was an excellent recommendation and would not hesitate to revisit.

My main reason for travel was to relax, have time to myself and pick out a few key excursions. So from visiting the Elephant Sanctuary, travelling via speedboat to the Phi Phi Islands to visiting the night food markets, I had the combination of down time and exploring what suited me on the island. Eva's attention the details, help, guidance, enthusiasm and excitement in helping me realise want I needed and wanted was exactly what I needed from a Travel Agent. It was easy. And it made me excited!
Until I arrived in Phuket, temporarily misplaced passport, missed my transfer, so was a little panicked. I called Eva in Adelaide and she helped me with who to contact and calmed the situation, which had a positive ending. I have already recommended Eva to friends and family and would not hesitate to engage in Eva's help and guidance in future holidays. Thank you!

Everything went well from our Travel Agent, Christie Gowan, Backroads tours and the people we met and the places we went. It was a great trip seeing some great sights without having to do much except show up at the bus and enjoy the trip, everyone else's hard work made for an easy and enjoyable holiday.
