Eva was an absolute delight to deal with, very knowledgeable and provided much advice and many tips and tricks to ensure a seamless six week journey travelling through Europe

I recently went to France and the UK for a month. Michelle was recommended to me by family. This was my first oversea holidays and I had no idea where to start or where to go. As soon as I met Michelle I felt at ease. Michelle was wonderful to talk openly to in person. Michelle was always prompt with communication which I valued as a shift worker.
My questions, and ideas were all addressed and implemented. I brought so many jumbled plans to the table and Michelle magically put them all in order and made sense of them. I never felt that anything I would ask for or need to change at the late stage of planning, was inconvenient or not possible. Communication is very important to me, especially when my trip had over 4 countries, 12 hotel stays, car rentals and train trips. The detailed notes that Michelle had put together for me was incredible. I always knew what to do, when and where. As this being my first time overseas and visiting non-speaking countries, I was so grateful.
All the accommodation booked was perfect. During my initial meeting with Michelle we talked about what I needed at the end of the day from my hotel room. I was not disappointed. Every place was clean, tidy and had perfect location. I could tell that not only did Michelle deliver exactly what we discussed, but that Michelle’s personal travel experience was evident.
Over the months leading up to the holiday and while on the road, Michelle was always on hand to answer communication. The package that was put together with all countries broken up into step by step directions, day by day was indispensable. The communication in these packages gave me the confidence to enjoy my holiday without any stress. Throughout the holiday we had a sudden change in circumstances and I had to stay behind for 5 days in London. Michell not only made all the calls, new hotel bookings, but also made all the necessary communication to future bookings.
My holiday was amazing because of Michelle. Her experience in the travel industry is clear and vast. I can’t wait to plan my next holiday with Michelle.

We are on countdown for our second European HAL cruise organised by Christie Gowan of TravelManagers.
Our first cruise – 23 days around the Mediterranean in 2024 – was brilliant. As seasoned international travellers we have never previously used a travel manager or agent. As first time cruisers, the help and advice from Christie was outstanding, before and during. Imagine being in Venice, looking for a tour guide when the mobile rings and Christie asks if we have missed the foodie tour? Problem sorted from afar and in a different time zone. Amazing!
Her insight into deck and cabin selection has been invaluable for both cruises ensuring maximum comfort. Our second cruise to the Iberian Peninsula was to include an extra 3 weeks of land travel. Global, and our own, changed circumstances have led to a complete itinerary rewrite, handled with good humour, efficiency and sound advice based on knowledge and experience.
We highly recommend Christie as a cruise travel manager and travel advisor. She is a good communicator, very professional with her clients and a pleasure to work with.

We just got back from a fabulous trip around Japan with our awsome tour guide Tanya Barker from travel managers,, her expertise around Japan was fantastic,helps that she speaks fluent Japanese that helped us along the way from getting train tickets, working out what the foods was, etc.. a few exciting experiences along our trip like gold leaf and a geisha night plus calligraphy lesson all made the trip that much more, everyday went smoothly from timings to catch a tram train and buses.. highly recommend Tanya Barker from travel managers in Melbourne..

The Formula 1 was fantastic, the dinner was great it was nice to see the presenters and learn more about what goes on behind the scenes. Claire did a great job with all the bookings and the hotel was great. Thanks Claire Camins

Claire organised our family trip and it was absolutely magnificent! From the moment we took our first flight to everything in between, it was all so easy. Drivers waiting at every point to get us to where we needed to go next. All tours organised were fantastic. Can not fault a thing. I've recommended Claire to everyone! This is my second trip through Claire and I cannot praise her enough! My sister and I had decided to take our dad back to Vietnam as he is a veteran. Claire was able to organise a fantastic itinerary that was perfect for a returning serviceman. One tour we did took us to the exact spot our father was stationed during the war. We have the most amazing memories that will last us a lifetime. Thank you, I simply cannot praise you and your services enough!!

Claire planned and booked my trip to the USA with 2 days notice and planned it all to perfection. The flights, accommodation, travel advice for my first long haul flight, with every detail covered, even supplying me with a beanie, eye mask and travel pillow of her own to borrow for this spontaneous trip to join my daughter in New York for a week. I can’t thank Claire enough for her expertise and brilliance in coordinating my itinerary in such a short time, so I could enjoy this once in a lifetime experience with my daughter.

The organisation of our trip and the help from Claire Camins was excellent, from booking the right types of accommodation we wanted to being able to ask her questions right up until we left, didn’t matter if they seemed silly questions, and knowing she was there for us while we were away if we needed anything at all. The extra touches she did for our anniversary, organising a beautiful cake in our hotel room, the air hostesses giving us cake, a card and drinks mid flight to congratulate us, was a lovely surprise and above and beyond. Also the note in our room in the Maldives with Claire’s name on it- welcoming us, was also really nice. Also having contact with her when we arrived home knowing she was keen to hear about our experience! Will be 100% be booking through Claire again very soon

Ky has been amazing to deal with when planing our last family holiday. We sent her our criteria via email and Ky delivered a package that suited our budget and interests. Ky communicates well with fast and informative responses. I highly recommend Ky and this company for a stress free holiday booking.

Our travel agent Eva Green made our recent cruise stress free. Her customer service went above and beyond. She kept in constant contact updating us and offering handy tips. Our amazing travel guru, Claire Camins, put together the most epic trip to America for us recently. The Travel Managers app is awesome with ALL our travel plans in one place, so easy to find as well as constantly updating flight departures & gate changes when needed. Claire secured us such a great deal on a hire car that even the staff were surprised how much she had saved us!! Huge thank you Claire we are all so grateful for your efforts.

Our holiday was exactly what we were after and described to Claire. Hotel was great. All the travel went seemlessly. I also felt comfortable knowing that Claire helped even after we were on our way. I would highly recommend Claire and would use her again.

Communication from Claire was excellent, always answering our questions promptly or letting us know she'd get back to us if she didnt have the answer straight away or was unavailable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Claire was so helpful, made me fell a lot better knowing she was only an text/call away if we had any problems.

I have had the pleasure and good fortune to be Eva's (of Travel Managers Australia) travel companion on an amazing 11 day trip to Sri Lanka - having just returned a few days ago.

The trip was packed with amazing sites and experiences from the beginning to end - with the landscapes, seascapes and people being inspirational and awesome.

We covered over 1000 kilometres, beginning with Colombo and Negombo and a tour of the local fishing village and a beautiful seaside hotel stay.
Then on to Dambulla and a visit to the historic Cave Temple an ancient Buddhist pilgrimage site. Then on to a scenic train travel to Kandy arriving for a tour of the famous Ceylon tea factory overlooking the stunning tea plantations.

Next day on to Yala and the National Park Safari - moving on to Bentota, a beautiful beach resort for a well earned rest for the next 4 days.

Throughout the trip I was very impressed with Eva's travel expertise, confidence and experience and felt very safe knowing she would be able to quickly deal with any problems should they arise - which thankfully they didn't.

I would not hesitate to recommend her as your travel agent and adviser, knowing she gives her all to make your experience truly memorable in the best way, including making site and activity suggestions you may never have thought of, making your holiday dreams come true.

My biggest takeaway is that firstly I would not have thought of Sri Lanka as a holiday destination, were it not for Eva's suggestion, and so missed out on this amazing experience, and secondly I now have lasting impressions and appreciation for the beautiful and kind nature of its people and stunning landscapes.

From the planning stage through to the booking stage, and my favourite stage - the holiday stage, Claire was there. She responded quickly to my emails, offered cost effective (and better) alternatives, and even checked me in on the day of travel when I had a tech glitch. The holiday was incredible, the hotels beautiful, the memories will last forever.

Claire organised our flights to Milan and our cruise from Dubrovnik to Splut. It was seamless and everything went according to plan.
Her organisation of the trip right from the beginning to the end was excellent and we have no hesitation in saying we'll use her service for future travels
