We had the most amazing adventure and experience in Peru, thanks to Sam at Travel Differently. Also, their ground team (Tropic) were amazing; all the transfers and guides were brilliant. We couldn’t fault anyone.

I usually book all my trips independently, and this was the first time I’ve used an agency. I appreciated the difference! Sam removed so much of the headache and organisation etc, as well as guiding us through the itinerary which he and I chose together as a bespoke package.

We were very grateful and would not hesitate to book another adventure with them. Highly recommended.

The guides assigned to us were very knowledgeable and made the trip both easier and more interesting. The activities provided a good mix of culture, history, and scenery. The accomodations were also nice and were reasonably priced.

Sinead organised a two-week trip for me and my friends to Guatemala and Belize. Her meticulous planning and extensive experience of both countries helped us pack in a huge amount into our trip and to see as much as possible in a short time. We had a wonderful time. All the way through the planning period and even during the trip Sinead always replied quickly to our questions and was unbelievably patient. I couldn't recommend her and the company more highly.

Sinead arranged a 2 week trip to Peru & Brazil for us. It was a memorable & amazing experience. Locations & accommodation were top notch & unique in their own way. The guides in the Sacred Valley & Inca trail were excellent. On the ground support staff were super attentive & attention to detail was first class. Overall very happy.

Sinead planned an amazing trip for us in Brazil, really understanding the kind of family we are and organising everything to perfection. She has excellent knowledge of the country which really helped. Accommodations wonderful and travel organisation was seamless. Highly recommend!

We recently returned from a family trip in Brazil that included Iguazú Falls, Rio, and the Pantanal. We worked with Sinead, and to put it simply, she was just lovely. She listened to what we wanted, quickly understood what type of trip we were looking for, and made thoughtful recommendations. All of the logistics during our trip ran smoothly, and I felt that was largely due to Sinead’s detailed and careful planning. She also accommodated our different schedules and during the planning stages was adept at corralling our family for meetings as we live across different zones. We are so appreciative of the wonderful vacation she put together and would not hesitate to use Travel Differently again!

Sam at Travel Differently recently organised our family trip to Brazil which was absolutely fabulous in every way.

The venues and hotels were all excellent, the Amazon Juma Lodge in particular was a highlight as was the Abracadabra hotel in Buzios. All of the internal flights and transfers also ran smoothly and the organised guides in Rio and Iguazu were excellent and always on time.

We also had an App with the travel itinerary which included emergency contacts details and Sam was also on hand throughout if we had any questions.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and Travel Differently if you are looking to visit South America.

My husband and I have just returned from an amazing three-week holiday in Peru, Bolivia and Chile organised by Sinead at Travel Differently. It exceeded all our expectations, and gave us a real insight into the cultures of different South American countries. We had excellent guides and drivers throughout, and stayed in some great hotels, as well as some eco-lodges. Sinead included all the places we wanted to visit, and suggested a few more, all of which gave us a memorable holiday.

My husband and I had the most amazing 3 week holiday and have returned back all refreshed and energised. Sinead at Travel differently truly designed a wonderful itinerary with an excellent choice of hotels and covered majority of the sights to see. The advise and information given throughout was very thorough and helpful. Our experience from tour guides, to private transfers to internal flight bookings was very efficient and well organised. She was very patient and considerate with all our specifications required.

We have just returned from an 18 day.trip to Brazil and had an amazing time, all thanks to Sinead who helped us plan our itnerary and adviced us on the best places to visit in February .
We had a lot of different.experiences and some excellent , informative guides who were very attentive to our needs on this private tour .
During our stay we visited Iguazu, Amazonia Paratay and Rio.
The.arrangements all worked well and we were very happy with our accomodation.
All together a very well thought out trip ,from the amazing Iguazu Falls to the beautiful Anavilhanos lodge in the Amazon and finishing with a visit to the Samba school.in Rio.which was great fun .

Travel Differently is a great company for your travel needs. I just returned from Costa Rica and had an amazing time, thanks to Sinead and Travel Differently. Sinead listened to my travel desires and put together an amazing itinerary where I traveled from the Caribbean to Pacific coasts. The boutique hotels were amazing where I connected with many international travelers. With this company, anything, even off the beaten path is possible. Just had fantastic 2 weeks in Guatemala courtesy of Traveldifferently. They pieced together an itinerary to fit our dates and interests without it being too intense. A combination of three top destinations with a mix of organised tours and time out to do our own exploration. All three locations, Antigua, Lake Atitlan and Flores were great bases. Lots to do and see, lovely hotels, restaurants and bars. Tours were good, informative guides and all at the right place. Would highly recommend Guatemala and Traveldifferently to put together and book the itinerary.

Over a 3-wk trip everything went smoothly - transportation, lodging, excursions.
Sam was fantastic in planning and follow-through. He was always prompt and thorough in his responses to my many questions.
The transport, accommodations and excursions were excellent and consistent with what was promised. We couldn't have been happier with our acccommodations and excursions. Never a hiccup or disappointing room.

From the moment we arrived in Quito to the moment we headed home everything was organised to perfection. We spent a week in and around Quito including Mindo and Cotopaxi and a week on the Galapagos. The service was great, the organisation spectacular, the hotels full of character and the guides simply wonderful. We had our own guides in Quito and Mindo, both of whom were full of information and very attentive. Our team on the boat could not do enough to allow to get the most out of our week. A huge thanks to all involved, both in Ecuador and the team at Travel Differently, especially Sam.

We had a wonderful experience with Traveldifferently. From start to finish, their communication was excellent and I felt our agent, Sinead, understood how we like to travel and planned a perfect itinerary for our family trip to Chile. After partly booking our trip to Argentina & Brazil myself I found difficulty arranging the Brazilian leg involving Iguazu, Paraty, Isla Grande & Rio so I contacted Traveldifferently.
I was immediately impressed with the enthusiam, knowledge & responsiveness of Sinead who received my brief & set about making our holiday a perfect success.
Sinead made suggested changes to my brief & managed the whole Brazilian process of booking flights, hotels & experiences by liaising with her contacts to ensure every step went smoothly & without a single hitch. The transfers were as briefed, on time & personal. Not on a great big shared travel bus.
All tours, including a Rio favela tour were also as briefed & personalised with just my wife & I.
I felt like I was a specially invited guest of Traveldifferently as opposed to a paying client.

We met Travel Differently at Destinations Holiday and Travel Show in early 2024. We were greeted by Sinead and were wowed with her enthusiasm for planning our trip to South America. Our brief to Sinead was to see the Amazon Rainforest, Rio, Machu Pichu and whatever else you can squeeze in/recommend over a 3-4 week period on a fairly tight budget. She planned a fantastic holiday with an itinerary which exceeded her competitors whilst being better value for money.

Sinead’s communication with us through the planning stage of the holiday was excellent and this continued all the way through our holiday. The agents used in all three countries were supportive and the guides we had were superb. We had eight transfers over the course of the holiday and each one went like clockwork.

Sinead was a font of extra information in the lead up to our holiday to ensure we got the most out of our holiday and that it went smoothly. We wanted this to be a holiday of a lifetime and it was. We will definitely be planning our next adventure with Travel Differently. Thank you Sinead!

We chose Travel Differently over several well-known travel brands because Sam really did listen to how we liked travelling and did his best to come up with a trip which met our desires as closely as possible. True slow travel is not easy in South America where the distances are huge and you have to fly sometimes but he did manage to schedule in several road and boat trips. The local agents he used were very reliable and available to provide help by Whats App when needed. Sam was also on hand on the email to help us with minor changes and give advice if asked.
Our two-month holiday was certainly a highlight of all the trips we have taken. We went to all the major sights but were also directed to some lesser known and fascinating locations. An amazing adventure.

Great communication from planning, through the trip and on return. We were able to create the amazing adventure we hoped for, suited to our age and abilities with the security of being met and transferred safely between airports and hotels. We had the flexibility to mix joining small group excursions with doing our own thing. For added security we had emergency contacts in each Country. We felt safe but not restricted and thoroughly enjoyed our South American Adventure .
