It was nice experience with traveleasy and kunal

I booked flights through this company, got a confirmation email and payment was taken. Shortly after they rang me saying my tickets couldn't be processed as they were no longer available on the 'promotion' and said i had to pay another £800 to receive tickets, after disputed this they offered me a 'reduced cost of £460'
I refused as they had already taken payment and confirmed booking. After three hours of debating this and and me threatening a formal complaint for fraud they said they would speak to manager. The next day I received all tickets at the price they were sold to me at the original cost.
I was very disappointed and stressed by the situation, avoid this company at all costs

They failed to provide my tickets, when i called they said the price went up by 100. I asked for a refund.

Took money for two flight fares, waiting 24 hours, was advised fare went up and traveasy took a further £50 payment to guarantee the fare and e-ticket for my british airways flight to then the next day tell me they can't confirm my booking with BA and will have to give a refund, delayed providing a refund and flight fare shot up, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I made the booking online and then one of their agents Prince Singh called me to confirm all the details and finalise my booking. I was sent the confirmation of my booking and tickets within an hour. Seamless process and would recommend to others.

At this point, I’m not sure if I’m booked or not. They changed the price on me, upwards, of course, and then when I asked them to cancel, they sent me a follow email saying they were issuing me a ticket. I still haven’t received any ticket or any follow up communication clarifying, despite my inquiries. Looking like a rip off that I’m gonna have to deal with through a credit card dispute now.

Follow up. They did, in fact, honor the price, which is great. But then they got the names on the tickets wrong. After almost 2 weeks of phone calls and sending them copies of our passports, there has still been no correction issued. So, they still have my money and I still do not have a useable reservation for the flights I purchased.

Having spotted a good deal on Traveasy via Google Flights, I went ahead and purchased them. After 2 days, I still hadn't received my tickets or airline reservation number so I phoned them - their WhatsApp support was not good. They phoned back to say they couldn't honour their own offer and said I needed to pay 50% more to secure the tickets. Although they did offer to discount this after I complained, my confidence had gone and am now waiting for a refund. Needless to say I won't use this company again because I can't trust them.

As a comparison, I bought similar flights via Booking.com and I had an airline reference number and eTicket within 5 minutes.

Also their website had continual problems and I struggled to buy tickets in the first place.

My experience was so poor compared to other Trustpilot reviews that I question the integrity of them.

I booked flight with them online, paid for my ticket but didn't receive ticket, after one hour I rang them , they asking me to pay more , I refused to pay more and request them refund my money, then they issued ticket after one hour.
