We completely agree with you - Marine Miracle EyeZone truly works wonders for the appearance of dark circles and tired looking eyes. Its powerful formula is enriched with carefully selected ingredients designed to brighten, refresh, and revitalise the delicate eye area.

Dipeptide-2 helps to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce fluid retention, while Aldavine 5X works as a targeted anti-inflammatory to strengthen the skin and reduce fragility. Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone and Blue Lotus help to soothe the skin, minimise signs of stress, and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that Eyelifting in a Tube hasn’t met your expectations so far.

I can see that your order was received last week. While many customers notice an immediate lifting effect, we recommend using the product consistently for at least 28 days to experience the full long-term benefits, including improved firmness, elasticity, and a smoother-looking eye area.

As Eyelifting in a Tube works differently from a traditional eye cream, the application technique can make a real difference to the instant visible results.

We’d love for you to give it another try using this method:
1. Apply a small amount beneath the eye, across the brow bone towards the temple, and just under the eyebrow.
2. Allow the serum to absorb for a few seconds until it feels slightly tacky.
3. Using your index finger, gently sweep upwards and outwards in a lifting motion, holding beneath the brow arch for a few seconds before repeating.

What makes this product so special is that it not only provides an instant lifting effect, but also supports long-term improvements when used daily, thanks to its blend of botanicals, peptides, and advanced skincare ingredients, including:

• Kigelia Africana Extract – helps to soothe, firm, tighten, and reduce the appearance of sagging skin.

I can see that you have already been in touch with our Customer Care team and are currently corresponding with them regarding this matter. Please be assured that they are actively investigating the issue with our warehouse and are treating it as a priority.

We will do everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as we have more information. As I hope you can appreciate, on rare occasions issues can arise within the courier network that are unfortunately outside of our control. While this is not the level of service we strive for, these situations are uncommon and the vast majority of orders arrive the next working day without any issue.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that, in light of our efforts to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, you may consider revisiting your 1-star review.
