The team at Natural Skincare Factory, not only sell the most amazing natural products, the magnesium spray and active care cream being 2 of my favourites but they go above and beyond to help out any way they can.

I rang the Natural Skincare Factory on Saturday 5th September to ask if their products were genuinely made in Scotland, as I had just received my order and there was no mention of this on the jars. The very polite young lady said there was no-one to answer my query, but she assured me that someone would ring me on Monday. Sure enough, on Monday 7th September, Adrian rang me and said their products were all made in Scotland apart from the plastic tubes which were made in York. We then had a great conversation about the “Broch”!

I've used natural skincare factory for quite a while and always happy with their products. Service and delivery is very good I've even had Adrian ring me on several occasions a very personal service. My last purchase for the green mussel tablets only took them for a short while but think they are very good don't really like the smell but feel they are effective so will.put up with it and the active joint cream is really good.and the magnesium cream in fact every product does what it says so thank you very much. I was having difficulty getting to sleep and then waking at 3am due to restless legs and anxiety through perimenopause. I decided to try the Natural Skincare Factory Magnesium Oil Spray after reading good reviews. After the first night of using it, I have slept all night every night! I can't recommend it highly enough. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

I started using the active care cream. after i got my cast off.i have got metal plates in my ankle. and the cream works well on the joints of my my ankle. Its a Brilliant product!!

I am not one for reviews normally but this company go above and beyond for their customers. What a lovely business owner. My daughter uses the cream but I wanted to try the spray. I had a sample delivered to my home for her to try this evening. Truly amazing service, really helped my little girl try it for the first time. Just shows how local business are worth their weight in gold.
