I had reached out about my account a few times and no response. After waitg for a reply , the product i wanted sold out. I went ahead and placed an order and the day after they post a promo for the redkin products so once again missed out . I get this for a review however still not response to my messages . Very disappointed with my experience at the Yonge/Eglinton centre location. Bought a hairdryer for my daughter which she found too big. When I tried to return it, unused, original package with the receipt a week later, I was told they never refund anything and only an exchange would be given. No where in the store or on the receipt is that stated. Don’t buy anything from there unless you’re absolutely positive it’s the right item for you.
