Over a month and still no delivery
I placed an order on December 5th. It has not moved since December 11th - there's no tracking updates. I emailed Trade Secrets support on Dec 22 and no reply even as of today. I called on Dec 23 and someone said they'd email me back, still no email. I have called several times since and no one picks up the phone. Is this company a scam?

I like the trade secrets company
I like the trade secrets company, I love the product that I buy, however, their delivery is really incompetent. Incompetent. I probably will not order online again due to the fact that delivery took 6 days and multiple times that they said they showed up and did not.

The products arrived very quickly and well package. The AG shampoo had extra tape to seal the spout which was somewhat effective.

Defective product
Was sent a hairdryer that was clearly an ‘open box’. Hair dryer motor made a very strange noise, didn’t blow air and smelled burnt. Returned defective product and ordered the same dryer from somewhere else which is how I can tell the box I was sent from TS had been opened and probably returned by someone else and resold by TS as new.
