Selection and pricing was good. Shipping didn't have too much information until the item was already near delivery. Would be great to have a bit more description on the items.

New Babyliss Nano Titanium…
I ordered my new Babyliss Nano Titanium hairdryer from Trade Secrets. I received it within 3 days. It was very well packaged, all the pieces were there and unbroken. I enjoy using it, it is much lighter than my old one. Also my hair dries quicker and I like all the different settings.

When I was shopping for styling products, I found out that the Trade Secret stores I had previously visited in person have an online store as well - great news, since I have since moved to an areas not close by. Trade Secrets had great pricing, free delivery, and actually delivered a day earlier than their original shipping ETA. Everything arrived in good condition, I will shop with them again.

Quick shipping, good prices
The items I needed were on sale at a great price compared to elsewhere. Shipping was very quick and everything arrived well packaged. The only con was that I never actually received an order confirmation email or shipping email from Trade Secrets directly – only my payment confirmation from PayPal. But the items arrived after just a few days so it wasn't a problem in the end.

Ordered item in Nov it took weeks to get delivered, no tracking, follow up with admin and they kept promising me to send a replacement and never did. When the $350 curling iron finally came it was broke, had to return and still waiting on a replacement. Didn’t even offer to expedite the shipping to me. Absolutely awful. Will never purchase or recommend you to anyone

I ordered January 3 and it is now January 15 and I haven't received my order!!! Not even and email saying it was sent! Update, my emails went to spam and I didn't know. Hair brush arrived and it is exactly as shown, very nice
