It’s a shame your products now have a disclaimer packed in an environment that handles gluten and cereals. We used to use your produce in all of our spice rubs. We are a gluten free food manufacturer and we just can take a risk so unfortunately won’t be able to use you as a supplier any more.

Frustratingly AWFUL customer service
Frustratingly bad customer service.
Asked them for a commodity code for one of their products. They just sent me a link to the gov.uk website! I can't get it off the gov.uk website because they need exact ratios of all the ingredients. Obviously JustIngredients won't provide me with this either. So now, even though it's a legal requirement to have a commodity code with the whole Brexit thing, they won't give it to me. Insane.
These guys make nice food, but if you ever need any help they're useless. Plus their prices keep shooting up, and they're often out of stock.

We're unable to provide the % breakdown of our ingredients blends, however, we can of course provide the commodity codes for these items and I apologise that this wasn't the case during your experience; our customer service team will be in touch shortly (if not already) to confirm these with you.

Herbs came in wonderful reusable bags, really easy to work with. Had some issues with the online payment system but they sorted it all out quickly for me. Packages arrived super early too.

Stock control has become very poor and…
Stock control has become very poor and although the system states that it is in stock it isn’t. It has become difficult to deal with Just Ingredients which is such a shame
