Bought a brilliant little Fiesta off…
Bought a brilliant little Fiesta off these guys today. I rocked up out of the blue and was so impressed with Tom and Liz's customer service. Offered for me to take a look at any car I wanted and give it a quick run around the block. They were so warm and helpful, especially with someone who hadn't bought a car before. The process and paperwork was made really simple by Liz. Would highly recommend buying from these guys!

Great Company
We have recently purchased a vehicle from TPW Trading Limited and couldn’t fault the service.
We dealt with Liz who sorted everything out for us. She was knowledgeable and experienced in the business. Liz also organised the delivery of the vehicle to our home address at a reasonable price.
It was a pleasure to buy a van from this company and we would highly recommend.

I would give Tom zero stars
When the car was delivered on a trailer, it had a slow puncture a tyre pressure monitor fault no internal lights faulty aerial signal and not the right parcel shelf. Tom had the car back for about three weeks. and I would say he got fed up of trying to get all the faults done refused to give me a refund and in the end lied and said the tyre fault happened when I had it and the aerial is still poor I would never use them again or recommend them to nobody.
Tom had the car 3 weeks for repairs why not have the sensor fixed?
Why not do a proper diagnostic on the aerial ?
Why not give me a refund when I asked twice?
Warranty is a waste of money as sensor is wear n tear

On this occasion Gary came over to our site viewed and test drove a 2017 ford focus car.
Gary asked for a video of the sat nav and the radio working which we thoroughly checked and sent the video over all in working order.
Gary was very happy with the car when he viewed the car in detail and test drove and pointed out the rear tyre was deflated he then contacted the office to agree the purchase.
We then delivered the car to him on the 13th feb the same day Gary contacted me and put a complaint to me of the following-
wrong parcel shelf - (replaced)
interior lights not working - (repaired)
radio/sat nav not working properly -(no issue)
slow puncture - (repaired)
service light - (reset)
tyre pressure sensor- reset (if there is still an issue with this I'm happy to asses and repair if there is an issue)
I then agreed to collect the car 30 miles away free of charge and I provided Gary with a courtesy car as he said he would be without a car for work.
Once we received the car we thoroughly checked all issues, the parcel shelf was swapped for a new one even though the original one was the correct one and nothing wrong with it. The interior lights were not working as it had been disconnected or came loose and came out.
We cannot be certain this was not working when the car was delivered but either way it was a 2 second job to plug back in.
The sat navigation and radio was then checked over by our auto Electrition as I wanted this checking professionally and he pointed out that the DAB setting was switched off and everything was absolutely fine.
I then personally drove the car to various destinations and both were absolutely fine.
I have spoken to Gary and explained that all DAB radios lose signal at some points and is not always 100% in any vehicle but the signal was 100% fine when I checked it and did not lose any signal.
The slow puncture was sorted and the tyre sensor was reset. The service light was reset both can be reset yourself as described in the car manual.
Gary was aware the car had just been serviced and he was provided the paperwork of this service.
We then called Gary and asked him to collect his car.
once collected Gary messaged me to say the tyre air sensor had came back on, I replied to ask him to turn it off at settings and we would be happy to put air in the tyres and reset.
Every customer who purchases a car is provided with a 3 month AA warranty free of charge from tpw trading at the point of sale and I have asked him to use this if he needs to moving forward as the car was handed back with no faults or issues.
Our pride at TPW is very high, hence why we carried out all the assessments on Garys car ourselves without calling on the AA warranty that Gary has been provided with.
I am more than happy with the service we provided and we will always act in this way.
Gary was also very rude to me throughout this process and I can say I did everything in my power to make him a happy customer until the end.

100% recommendation for TPW cars
100% recommendation for TPW. We bought our son a car from here, a lovely red Polo. Drives beautifully. Our experience with them was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. When we came to look at the car in the snow, he actually came out to meet us, fantastic service. Looked after us, even when we had a problem with the battery. Absolutely fantastic; we will definitely be using them again. 😀 👍

Would use again
Rang TPW Trading spoke to Tom and arranged a viewing for the next day. Turned up and was made to feel very welcome. His wife offered refreshments. Passed me the keys for the vehicle I went to see and Tom told me to take my time viewing the car and told me to take it for a test drive. No pressure tactics at all. Car as described so bought the car. Will definitely use again. Very happy. 9/10 as no biscuits were offered to go with the coffee?!

What can I say the van is fantastic you can tell that these vans are well looked after. Mine still drives like it's brand new can't pick any faults at all.
Tom and his partner were also fantastic from start to finish helping me with the finance there customer service skills are second to none.
Would highly recommend anybody looking for a used van with new qualities to go to TPW you wknt be disappointed.

We purchased a Volkswagen Polo as a first car for a surprise for our son who turns 17 in January. Liz was so helpful and gave us plenty of space and time to look at the car, test drive and consider all the paperwork before we made our decision to go ahead with the purchase.
Liz sorted out the warranty and helped us with sorting tax and insurance so that we were able to take the car home on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

On seeing a sprinter on the TPW website…
On seeing a sprinter on the TPW website I contacted the company. As someone whom has never owned a van like this Tom provided excellent advice and the whole buying process and return journey to London was effortless. I would recommend TPW to anyone wanting to buy a van from this very experienced outfit. Thanks Tom and I may well return the van to you on completion of my move North.
