Belgravia sells itself as a luxury concierge car-buying service, but my experience was the complete opposite. Once they had my money, I was completely on my own.
The "brand-new" Mercedes they brokered for me has been an absolute nightmare. I have had to take it in for the same electrical defect three separate times, including twice within the first month of ownership. Instead of taking any responsibility or advocating for their customer, Belgravia washed their hands of the situation and left me to fight with Mercedes myself.
They also failed to communicate with the dealership, dropped my vehicle off at my house when I wasn't even home, and never delivered the concierge experience they promised. I was told there would be a proper walkthrough of the vehicle and personalized delivery. None of that happened. Their promises ended the second the deal was done.
The worst part was how I was treated when I complained. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, Jason became condescending and insulting. He actually said to me, "Oh honey, I make way more than you." Imagine spending tens of thousands of dollars through a company and then being mocked over your income when you ask them to stand behind the product they sold you. It was one of the most unprofessional customer interactions I've ever experienced.
Looking back, I seriously question whose interests Belgravia is actually looking out for. Based on my experience, it certainly didn't feel like they were looking out for mine.
If you're considering paying Belgravia for a "white glove" experience, save your money. You're paying for promises that disappear the moment there's a problem. If your vehicle turns out to be defective, don't expect accountability, communication, or even basic respect. My experience was a complete disaster from start to finish, and I would never trust this company again.

Purchased a vehicle in February. All seemed legitimate, paperwork, professional looking showroom, good communication etc.
However once payment was made it all went downhill.
Still have not received a V5- have had to request one. Car needs multiple things fixing, all of which are covered under their own warranty conditions- they continually fob you off and no just do not answer the phone.
Went to their registered business address hoping to resolve issues, it is not there and is actually an immigration lawyers office.
AVOID.

Avoid. Buy a car from these at your own risk. U have been warned. Never received log book which they said they had posted, who posts log books now days. All locking wheel nuts missing, said they had posted new ones which we never received. Said would send over all paper work which again we never received. Lies Lies and more lies. Won't now answer the phone.

AVOID - Full of Lies and Faulty Cars! Bought a Ford Focus ST that was bodged to be sold, has had major overheating issues for months, they've already bought it back off another customer and not fixed it properly. They seem great until there's issues then they don't want to know. Have had to get Finance Co and Ombudsman involved. They don't prep the cars at all, Car was sold to me not only with Overheating issues but below minimum Brakes, Break Fluid at 4%!! Purposely do not have an email address and the garage isn't even located at the listed Address!! Managed 900 Miles through their bodged effort before a Main Ford Dealer have deemed the car not only dangerous with the brakes but have Diagnosed it with Requiring a New Engine at minimum! EGR Cooler Leaking badly, Water pump leaking, Major Oil Leak, Head Gasket gone with Warped Engine! Claimed to have Serviced the Car but Oil Filter had never been off! It's still covered in Leaked coolant, like the whole underside of the Car. DO NOT BUY FROM BELGRAVIA MOTOR CO....

Still waiting on the Car been collected after rejecting, Dealer Ignoring me....
