j'ai commandé en avril 24 , et depuis pas de colis. j'ai écrit plusieurs fois pour avoir des nouvelles de mon colis. maintes fois on m'a dit d'attendre et que cela allait être livré , puis livré mais moi rien . j'ai donc demandé le remboursement. là aussi ça a duré un petit temps entre "on vous a remboursé" et l'avoir sur le compte. mais ça va j'ai été remboursé en septembre. franchement je croyais à un certain moment à une arnaque, mais j'ai toujours eu des réponses à mes mails et maintenant rembourser. moi cela s'est bien terminé. courage et un peu de patience j'espère que vous aurez vos remboursements très vite

It’s been two months already I ordered from them. At first they tell you it takes two weeks to ship the item and you will get a notification from them. After several times asking for the proof, they tell me they don’t have one and I should be patient but they will request a refund. It’s been a month and a half that I am waiting for this refund. The kid answering my email is rude and tells me every time that they will do it next week because it is done from the USA. And everytime I wait a week and contact them again, they fail to send me any proof, they “refund” small amounts at a time, and the refunds never arrive! I contacted my bank because according to them my refund was supposed to be made 2 weeks ago and they told me nothing was made. The company still refuses to send me a proof of transfer and tells me again and again it’s going to be made next week without sending any proof! It’s exhausting, so unprofessional and they have several websites promoting products that are cheaper than the market but the transfers are made to the same account in eastern europe. Biggest scam ever!!! Wish you can be punished for what you are doing.

Beware. This is a scam. Four months after purchase I have received nothing. Their contacts don't work, they are unreachable on phone and through their online forms. I have reported to my bank and visa and police to get my money back but apparently the have a very well set scheme as they charge in UAH (Ukraine currency). I have lost 94 euros, and a lot of time waiting and trying to reach them.
