I have used this store a few times. They do have good prices and carries a lot of products. I have not had any issues not receiving the products. They also answer fairly fast when asking about products or have questions about ordering.
So why do I only give 2 stars? Simply because they are scamming people with their shipping cost. They claim the prices are what the carriers are asking for but that is false.
For DHL they are adding a $11-15 to the real shipping price.
for EMS they are also adding $10-14 extra to the real shipping price.
For Registered airmail they add around 100% extra cost.
This can easily be checked by going to Korean Post and check the prices. The prices are set by weight.
For DHL just ask DHL for a quote or check with another Korean store that also use DHL.
When you ask them about it they first lie and say its the price given by carrier. When you give them proof its not true, they refuse to answer.
Here's a price example for Korea to Northern Europe:
Korean Post price Registered airmail (1kg): $8.75 , Beautykoreamall price is: $19.04
Korean Post price EMS (1kg): $ 24.82, Beautykoreamall price is: $44.20
DHL price for 1kg (stores may have better deals): $29.88 , Beautykoreamall price is: $ 41.30

So my advice is to always check other stores before buying here because you most likely will find a cheaper offer elsewhere when including shipping costs.

They shipped my item AFTER 1 MONTH OF ORDERING DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE STATING THAT OT ONLY TAKES 2-3 DAYS, THEN MY PACKAGE WAS LOST AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP. THEY JUST TOLD ME " WE COULD NOT HELP YOU". SCAMMERS DEFINITELY AVOID THIS WEBSITE. SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE, TAKES FOREVER AND IT DOES NOT ARRIVE IN YOUR DOORSTEP.
