Very good organization in terms of logistics. Good guides. Some parts of the itinerary seemed rushed while a couple were too long.

TourHero is a great service that provides excellent support to anyone planning a trek. They offer advice based on their extensive experience, beautiful trip brochures, excellent web pages that are consistent all the way through to payment, and always provide a quick response, eliminating the hassle of dealing with a travel agent.
I highly recommend using TourHero to organize your group trip.

TourHero planned a wonderful 7-day trip through the Patagonia region of Chile and Argentina for my group of 20 travelers. They did an excellent job arranging hotels, including several that had breathtaking mountain views. Our local guides were also friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your next trip.

I used Tourhero for a 2 week trip to Chile and it was one of the best best holidays i've been on!

We travelled across the entire country - covering Santiago, Atacama Desert and Patagonia. Planning something like this myself would have been an operational nightmare - probably requiring several weeks of planning. But Tourhero made this so easy! They created an amazing itinerary that covered everything we wanted to do and made all our bookings (activities, hotels, flights, airport transfers, buses). It really took all the pain of planning a complicated trip away and allowed us to focus on the actual fun part - the travel :) I'm also super happy with the local tour companies they partnered with, especially in Atacama! Loved the hike through Moon valley and the trip to El Tatio Geysers.

And finally - one of the best parts about using Tourhero was how helpful and responsive they were through our whole trip. They helped accommodate last minute changes to our itinerary, arranged for extra transfers and overall gave us incredible customer support. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future!

I went to Chile with my friends for 2 weeks. It was amazing. Our flight got delayed, luggage was lost but Tour Hero managed to move our airport pick up time at the last minute, it was very helpful. We went to Atacama dessert and Patagonia. Felipe was incredible guide in the Atacama, he was very passionate and knowledgeable. We saw millions of stars with the astronomy tour. Patagonia was well organized and it is really beautiful! Highly recommend.

Trip was cancelled due to not enough participants. I will lose the cost of my flights.

Tour Hero do not make it clear on their website that this is a real possibility and even when I tried specifically to ask them about this on booking, they were slow to respond and then vague. Now they have nothing to say except, "sorry".

Change your website so this is clear. It's the only decent thing to do.

The staff was a complete nightmare to work with. They sent us an itinerary the night before our flight took off. We had been asking them for a schedule weeks in advance. We finally got the itinerary and it was missing major details on roommate assignments, bus pick up and drop off times, and even the meals that they advertised as included! When we were on the ground, it was a logistical nightmare. Buses were late, they left questions ignored and unanswered, and their partners on the ground were just as confused about logistics as the guests. I could have planned a better trip on my own. We paid for our trip in May and the trip was in November. They had months to ease the logistics but they were difficult to contact and constantly dropping the balll. HUGE disappointment. I wish I could give them zero stars

I led my first ever retreat with TourHero, and I give them 5 stars all around. They had solid communication, answered all of my questions honestly, and stream lined the process significantly of finding a retreat center and doing the backend work. Jimena, Tushar, and Viren were extremely helpful. I was able to generate income from my first retreat, which is a huge plus. I am already planning 2 more retreats with Jimena and the team

This was the most incredible trip i have ever taken. The staff was amazing!! Our guide was extremely helpful and friendly. All of of the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The excursions were amazing as well. Everyday was a new adventure and i really cant express how amazing this trip was. I would definitely take another trip with tour hero and i would definitely go back to Morocco.

I am hesitant to book full tours because I enjoy freedom when I travel, but TourHero truly shifted my perspective. I embarked on a 14-day journey through Morocco, and I had the time of my life! From creating a custom itinerary that met all my needs to the trip itself with an incredible local driver/guide, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend TourHero and Under Moroccan sun!

I recently used TourHero to plan a trip for 21 people in Crete, Greece, and they did our amazing job! David, our TourHeo rep, was super helpful when planning and super responsive. He was on top of everything, and did an excellent job at executing the vision we had. I would absolutely recommend TourHero to anyone who wants to plan a dope trip without having to do all of the work.

TourHero, helped our group take an idea and bring it to life, more fully than we thought possible. On our trip to Peru, our planning team quickly became overwhelmed with the prospect of entry requirements for Machu Picchu and transportation around the country. TourHero produced an amazing itinerary that suited our needs, coordinated payments and then gave us on the ground support that was flexible enough to accommodate changes in flights for individuals on the trip. We had a great time and became a much closer friend group as a result of our experience in Peru.

I really enjoyed your service, they make my journey at Hawaii so easy and enjoyable. The hotel is one of the best and the events were just too lovely. I will always recommend TourHero

I would not recommend using Tour Hero for traveling. We had many issues just because we had 6 people vs 8 for the trip. This quota was not disclosed when booking. We paid a flat fee and then ended up having to pay extra for a different air bnb so that we wouldn’t have to stay above a nightclub with loud music until 5am. When our surfing lessons got cancelled, they weren’t going to refund us and instead tried to replace the activity with things that we weren’t interested in doing. The price also didn’t include a tip for our tour guide.

We had an amazing trip. The itinerary and guides were wonderful. The biggest issue I had was a lack of communication of plans. We didn’t receive actual times or details for things until the night before or day of, even after our group repeatedly requested more details so we could prepare prior and during our trip.
