Total Lifting Services Ltd Recensioni

After initially speaking with Karen who was really friendly & helpful, Pete & Tony arrived on site prompt and took all concerns away. They were both really lovely blokes. Pete & Tony are extraordinaires. Made the lift very simple & was completed effortlessly. Top team. Highly recommend for any lifting needs.

From the initial conversation with the team arranging the crane hire, up to the driver arriving on site, all very professional and helpful, I will need another lift in the next couple of months and will be using Total Lift again without a question.

Great service...thank you

When we found out that a delivery was too big to fit through our front entryway, my son found the solution of using Total Lifting to accomplish our goal. We are so glad that we chose this company because everything went perfectly.
From the first questions we had, Karen patiently helped us and coordinated with the timing of our delivery. She wasn’t at all bothered by our many emails and calls and was always polite, helpful and encouraging that our goal was possible. Tony was the crane operator extraordinaire who effortlessly manoeuvred his crane into our corner driveway, which just speaks of how much experience he has. He makes using the crane look so simple and easy, my son and I were astonished and delighted with not only his skill but also by his good natured personality and generous invitation to my son to have a go at the controls for a minute. A dream experience for a teenage lad indeed! Tony was able to lift the pallet delivery over our garden wall and down to the basement in seconds and even got it inside the room using the crane! We are forever grateful for Tony’s expertise and help in making this delivery a success. We were fascinated by watching him set up and take down the crane and were so impressed by how quickly and competently he did his job. If you need any kind of crane lifting done then look no further, Total Lifting will not disappoint! We would give it 10/10 if we could, not just 5 stars! So if you are wondering how to get a big piano or treadmill (or whatever!) into your house, give Total Lifting a call and they will sort you out and save the day.

Great service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Prompt intelligent response to initial email. Good use of technology to create a fast accurate quote. Karen is an excellent and reliable telephone contact who does what she agrees to do. Crane arrived on time with polite competent driver. Lift was impressive and very safe.

Couldn’t do it without TOTAL LIFTING SERVICES. I had 6 rolls of artificial grass, each roll was around 1000 kg and they’ve done a perfect job, driver/operator was very helpful and professional. Very experienced and came with solutions during the lifting. Very happy. Thank you 🙏

No fuss. Turned up on time and lift done with no issues. Would recommend this company

Total Lifting Services were recommended to us and we could not fault the service. Efficient and detailed communication and very prompt.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service, arrived on time, the driver was very helpfull and extremely skilful on the controls.

We have always used Total Lifting for all our Crane services and we would highly recommend the company, as we find them most helpful and reliable.

Excellent.
Would highly recommend

The customer service shown by TLS has been the best I have experienced in a long while. Karen was really responsive to our needs, Barry was extremely knowledgeable and Tony was a really jolly crane lift operator. Whereas other companies were either unresponsive, asked too many questions before quoting or tried to charge us far too much money TLS were very reasonably priced and the standard of the work was excellent. I will definitely be using them again in future and they are highly recommended by me.

I have used total lifting many times and they always come up trumps, they have great service and great communication, and the staff and crane guys are spot on, great job around will use them again.
5-star service always.

Used Total Lifting four times already and will not change it for others when we need lifting service in future. Whatever the challenge, guys were proactive and managed to get the job done on time and for agreed sum. Experts in their field!
Thanks again!

Highly recommended!! Karen and the team at Total Lifting are super helpful and supportive, particularly when, like me, you have no experience of crane hire. I needed to have a garden office craned over the house into my garden as there was no other access. Pete, the operator was calm experienced, and professional. Knowing exactly what to do, was also very flexible to the situation and easy to work with.
Overall was a great experience. You can trust these guys to take you through the whole process and get the job done!
