Total Lifting Services Ltd Recensioni

From booking to delivery a very efficient and pleasant experience. Had a garden office delivered over the top of my house as it is terraced. The crew that turned up were very helpful and professional, taking great care to explain everything and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted. Would thoroughly recommend

Great team

We had an excellent experience with Total Lifting. Very clear and reasonable prices in comparison to other companies. Everything from booking in the lift to lifting the glass went smoothly. Very professional throughout.

I used total lifting services to lift a number of steel beams into place, It was very short notice and Karen sorted it straight away.
The crane operator was very helpful and did the job very efficiently.

Turned up promptly and the lift of the hot tub was smooth and uneventful thankfully but that was due to the skill and competence of the operator.

Can’t recommend enough.

I was vert pleased with the service I received both over the phone and on the day of using the crane contacted Total Lifting in the late afternoon to get a price for a crane to lift a hot tub over my house
They gave me a very good price and was able to do it the following morning.
The driver arrived well on time and was very friendly. He was very efficient and carried out exactly what was needed
I would recommend Total Lifting to anyone that said they need a crane for what ever reason

We encountered a problem getting a hot tub down the side access. Our 24 year old daughter had a party the following day and the hot tub was part of her plans. Tony from Total Lifting arrived within half an hour and with efficiency and care resolved the situation. What I truly appreciated was the fairness cost wise. Your company knew I was desperate and could easily have taken advantage. They didn’t and for that I’m truly grateful. Thank you.

Outstanding. Very quick response when I inquired. Excellent advice. Felt always in good hands. Highly recommendable!

Barry and his team are wonderful. We have never had an issue. They are prompt, polite and always helpful. We don't use anyone else if we can avoid it! We trust them to deliver the works and they always do it without complaint.

5 Stars - All the way. Good approachable staff in the office, very good communication and crane turned up on time and although lift went over by an hour, we were accommodated to finish all the crucial lifting.

Would highly recommend!

I have used Total Lifting on several occasions and I can honestly say they go above and beyond each time. A company I will continue to use for a long time with exceptional customer service, knowledge and value for money. They have exceeded my expectations each time. Thank you guys!

Total Lifting were amazing throughout this job. It was for our family home and we needed three skylights lifted. Their communication was wonderful and it wasn't a problem when we had to change dates [because the skylights were delayed twice]. On the day, the job went so smoothly and professionally. I don't usually leave reviews, but was so impressed that I felt I must do so!

Barry Knapp’s team were very punctual and fully prepared by their v helpful boss. They arrived a few minutes early at a tricky location. They were cheerful quick and had a solution for every little thing. Even with the best preparation for a difficult lift there are usually unforeseens on the day. This team worked together like clockwork and lifted two extra items to oblige a slightly awkward custom (not me!) They were courteous and professional throughout
Also they came in at the best price I could find after calling 8 companies around central London. A good mornings work and overall a literally spectacular performance

Total lifting hoisted in rooflights for my neighbour and I in a quiet London Mews. Tony the driver operator arrived early for the lift and was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient with the lifting operations.
All done and would highly recommend.

I used Total Lifting to Crane my hot tub at two locations, I was very nervous about the process but they were recommended. My worries were not necessary, what a great team, efficient and genuinely nice people. Thank you

Great service.
We called Barry to arrange for our Hot tub to be lifted into our back garden. The driver 'Tony' turned up on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired a crane to lift a hot tub into our garden. Barry was on time, very professional and did an amazing job moving our tub through telephone wires. Would definitely recommend!!

fantastic to work with.
punctual, easy going and very efficient.
will use again and again.

Excellent service provided by Total Lifting Service. Barry turned up early with more than adequate equipment. Made lifting an awkward, heavy to handle pizza oven look easy with his experience and expertise. Even helped me lift it into position on table himself after craning it over my house. Would absolute use again if required. Thanks Barry!
