I had a very good experience working on a deal with Farhan. He was very polite and professional, and I was able to get a pretty good deal on the HRV I was looking for.
He gave detailed explanations for every item in the final invoice w/o overloading me with irrelevant info. Highly recommend

Great dealership, I bought a new Car from Farhan, fantastic individual and very professional.

My brother traded a car in to the dealership and bought a new car from them. His story, all positive. I went to the same dealership 2 weeks later and saw his car, asked about it and they told me it was driven by an old lady, non smoker and all highway driven. I checked the VIN and it was his. He is a smoker, drove only downtown and is a 27 year old guy who used the car for uber. They lie!

One word for this dealership ... Untrustworthy !
Was buying a used car (that supposedly met all the safety standards etc) and found out that the inside of the rotors were completely rusted. The only reason the outsides didn’t show rust is that they had been sanded to make them look ok. I said that although I didn’t appreciate their efforts to cover the rust up, I’d agree to purchase the car if they’d knock off $500 (the cost of replacing the rotors). They said that it would cost them $500 to replace the rotors (a blatant lie) but that they’d split the cost with me. I agreed to come back in on the understanding that they’d knock $250 off the price. When I got there (of course) the deal was different and now I was going to pay them $250 for a new set of rotors (uninstalled). When I said no, all of a sudden their story changed and they showed me “their cost” for the rotors. Supposedly their cost is $220 (no labour) .... I believe their cost is in the neighbourhood of $20/rotor ....

I wasn't going to this review at all, because I was happy with the service; but today I just went for my first engine oil changme at one my friend's place, and I just informed that MY BRAND NEW 2018 HONDA ACCORD IS NOT NEW (had it since April 2018, stupid me! did not look carefully or bring someone experienced enough to check for me before I left the dealership), someone crashed it before (back of the car) and Honda tried to patch it up. SO FREAKING MAD RIGHT NOW !!!!!!! BUT I GUESS IT'S TOOOO LATE NOW TO ARGUE WITH THEM! I HAVE PHOTOS! AND THIS IS NOT THE ONLY THING I NOTICED!

After about two weeks I picked it up, I noticed a big scratch at the back door but alone the inside, they told it in and tricked me saying:" it must the paint not fully dried or something". So they fixed it for me while I have to pay for the load car and insurances, I complained to their customer services, while their response was:" sorry for inconveniences, HOWEVER SLIGHT" .... LIKE WHAT?!! I had to take off work drive from Markham all the way to downtown back and forth TWICE FOR YOUR MISTAKE HERE WHILE PAYING EXTRA FOR YOUR MISTAKE! AND GUESS WHAT! NO WORD AFTER THAT !! AND NOW !!! TODAY !!! MY FRIEND JUST TOLD ME IT CAN'T BE A BRAND NEW CAR IF THERE IS PATCHING WORK ON IT! PEOPLE! DON'T GO THERE!

Friendly staff and service. I bought my car here a year ago and they just sent me two bottles of wine as an anniversary gift and called to see how everything is! I'm impressed!

Got a civic for a good price. I would recommend speaking with Mohammad to get the best deal.
