Hi Pauline, we take allegations of this nature extremely seriously and are disappointed that you have chosen to raise such a serious concern publicly without first contacting us and giving us the opportunity to investigate it. All vehicles we purchase and retail are subject to thorough checks, including checks relating to recorded mileage and vehicle history. We would never knowingly sell a vehicle with an incorrect or tampered mileage, and based on the information currently available to us, we cannot see any basis for the allegation that the mileage of a vehicle supplied by us had been altered.
You state that you purchased the vehicle two years ago and have only now been told, when attempting to trade it in, that there is an issue with its mileage. If you believe there is evidence of a mileage discrepancy, we would have expected you to contact us directly so that we could review that evidence and investigate the vehicle’s history, rather than making such a serious allegation through a review platform without first giving us that opportunity. We would therefore ask you to contact us directly with your vehicle registration and details of the evidence you have been provided with. We will be more than happy to investigate the matter fully and establish the facts.

T wall service experience
Bought a new van from this garage in October .
Took it back in March as Adblue light wouldn’t go off when adblue was added .
Charged me £160 to look at it at £24 for more adblue as they said I hadn’t added enough.
Had it serviced by a different garage and a light came up saying lane assist not working and was advised it was under manufacturers warranty. Booked it in to T wall today and they advised there was nothing wrong with it but said there was dirt on the camera on the windscreen (not even dirty).
Charged me another £160 to look at it .
I won’t be taking it back again .
They should rename themselves

Faultless. My son went to test drive a Hyundai on the Sunday, did a deal there and then and car was ready to pick up Wednesday! Nick was easy to deal with and friendly. Highly recommend

Avoid at all costs
Shockingly bad. They had a mobility car in for a week, leaving the customer without transport, and failed to fix the actual issue that had been explained to them in great detail, twice! The staff are rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Never ever use this place, just awful.

Went to enquire about a car, I was told it was at there Ludlow branch and if i wanted to see it I would have to go there, drove 30 miles to Ludlow to be told it was sold the previous day? Do better!!

Awful customer service, arrogant, rude and not at all helpful when I had an issue with my service plan. Instead I went to Sumnit garage who sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Would never go to TWall again
