I purchased 2 items from this company and paid for insurance on shipping. The goods never arrived and they said the post office sent them back. If I wanted to pay more money they would send out another set of items. Got me once shame on them. Get me twice shame on me! They are are a scammer.
Don’t know what to say, huge disappointment. Terrible quality and crappy materials, website is misleading, great pictures but nothing is as how they have it displayed.
Everything is complete crap.
Ordered Dec 8 it is now Jan 20 have not received my order. Was suppose to get a partial refund did not get that either. Was told it was in a city 5 minutes from me 2 weeks ago. I totally believe I was scammed and this is a scam site
Just another scam site that sometimes provides a customer with a legitimate quality item but more often the quality is inferior shiny polyester. Attempts to return my item proved futile. The company offered me a refund of $8 on a $45 item without returning the item. The point is I don’t want the item, I want my money back. Don’t bother with this site
It took almost a full month to get my hoodie. It looked like a thick, luscious hoodie on the website. In reality, it was a very thin hoodie that was not well made. It was almost $50 that I wish I had spent elsewhere. Never again!
Please do not purchase from torontobluegear.com. This site is based in China and sell knockoff gear.
I paid using PayPal and tried to cancel my order as soon as I realized the shipping address was China. They said my order had been shipped. Received my order 4 weeks later and the quality was terrible. The size was also smaller than the Canadian sizes.
