Our antique drop leaf table arrived in perfect condition
Our antique drop leaf table traveled safe and sound from Santa Fe to Chicago. The communication at pickup and delivery was great, with the team working hard to accommodate a busy work schedule at the delivery end. The table was well protected with a thick pad under the blanket. Due to it’s age, they drivers recommended that it travel upside down, with the legs up to ensure it’s stability while traveling. I highly recommend this company.

The delivery team was excellent
The delivery team was excellent. They communicated clearly about their arrival time, handled the mirror with great care, and were professional and courteous throughout the process. Given how large and heavy the mirror is, I really appreciated the attention they paid to getting it into my home safely.

Torodo Logistics was professional and customer service oriented from my first call to them. Omar was my original contact who took time and patience to explain and answer all of my questions about moving a very large, fragile antique mirror. I can't say enough positive things about Omar and his team at Torodo. We were able to have the mirror picked up and delivered at our desired times. I don't remember the 2 men's names who picked up and delivered the mirror but they were so courteous and packed the mirror in the utmost care. They went over and beyond to install the mirror when they arrived at the delivery address. We so appreciated them going beyond our expectations. I also received a call after the delivery to ensure we were satisfied with the delivery. I would use Torodo Logistics for any further types of move. The ladies that answered the phone when I called to check on pick up and delivery were more than helpful and personable. Compared to the 5 other moving companies I had investigated, Torodo not only had by far the best price but they also allowed us to request pick up and delivery dates for our item which traveled half way across the country. What an absolutely top notch, 5 STAR company. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service
They were able to pick up as soon as I needed them too. The handled my dad's grandfather clock with kid gloves. Took it all apart and wrapped every.piece so nothing got scratched or broken. Upon delivery they brought into house and set the clock up for me. I definitely would use them again.

I shipped two wing chairs that were very valuable to me and they took excellent care of them from New York to California with about a week notice and a week total travel time. The whole experience was smooth
The whole experience was smooth. Joe picked up my grandmother’s buffet in NH and delivered it flawlessly to AZ. The whole thing took just two weeks from scheduling to delivery. Exceptional service. Great shipping experience
I worked with Torodo logistics to ship four dining chairs from California to Michigan. My area is rural and it can be hard to find a company who will come here in a reasonable amount of time, but they did a great job. They took great care of the chairs and the team who dropped them off were excellent, carefully unpacking and making sure I could inspect the chairs. They coordinated well for pickup from the shop I purchased from and communicated clearly throughout. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Torodo was excellent!
The Torodo delivery service was very responsive and interactive throughout the pick-up and delivery process. The coordinators and drivers were on top of the logistics and we were able to coordinate in real time to meet the drivers on both ends. The pieces arrived without any problems.

As a novice in need of the INCREDIBLY competitive and fast paced moving industry I was plagued with doubt and suspicion toward brokers that were asking me to make a decision NOW!!! I finally decided on Torodo Logistics. You'll benefit if you contact them directly. You will have to be flexible with exact timings and get used to after 5pm communication. They are professionals though and will take great care of your precious things. They transported 5 items for me including antique furniture, family heirlooms and fine art. My cross country delivery to a remote area arrived in less than a week. I am so glad I went with Torodo Logistics. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Great service
They moved a 100 year old family oak dining table that was 54 x 54 inches plus leaves and pads. They disassembled it and drove it from the West Coast to the Midwest and it arrived in perfect condition. Upon arrival they reassembled it. They were efficient and careful in the process. I would recommend this service for handling precious cargo.

Great service and staff!
Pick up and delivery team were super friendly, helpful and very careful with our prized family heirlooms and furniture. They wrapped all furniture pieces very well and everything was delivered in the same condition from pickup. Delivery happened quicker than expected, which was great for us.

Working with the team at Torodo Logistics was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them. We hired them to move a very old family heirloom sofa from MI to GA and they did everything perfectly. From pick-up exactly when they said to delivery on the day promised. The sofa was in pristine condition upon arrival. I can’t say enough about these guys. I highly recommend them.
