Terrible experience!

Terrible experience!! Whole deposit was lost due to game not working when I wanted it to … it was spinning when it chose to and wouldn’t let me change my bet amount

Retroactive Rule Changes and Unresponsive Support

I placed a redemption on ToraTora and, after waiting several days with no update, I was told my account was flagged for “abuse” and a new 2× playthrough requirement was added after I submitted my request. I denied these allegations because I’ve always played by the rules and used my own funds.

When I pointed out that this violates their own Terms of Service and may even be illegal, they escalated the requirement to 6×, making it nearly impossible to redeem my funds. Support has been unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups, and even speaking with a senior account manager led nowhere.

This appears to be a bad-faith tactic to avoid payouts and may violate consumer protection laws. I cannot recommend this platform and am actively seeking legal action.

So far so good

So far so good. Wish the daily’s were a little better but great game selection and customer service is quick to respond. They are new so I’m sure it will get even better.

REAL REVIEW NOT PAID NOT FAKE

REAL REVIEW NOT PAID, DO NOT BELIEVE IN FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. ITS MY SECOND TIME PLAYING IN THIS SITE. I LOST MORE THAN $500 AND I NEVER GET ANYTHING. I NOTICE WHEN I HIT THE BONUS AND GAVE ME A DESCENT WINS, THE OTHER GAME WILL EAT IT BACK NO BONUS JUST CONTINUOUSLY DEAD SPINS SO I ENDED UP ZERO SO I CANT REDEEM ANYTHING. I HAVE SEVERAL ACCOUNTS IN EVERY ONLINE CASINO SITES AND MOST OF THEM I WON $3k UP AND I ONLY PUT $50. THIS WAS THE WORST CASINO IVE EVER PLAYED. NO PAY OUT. GAMES ARE RIGGED. IM WARNING YOU, DO NOT PLAY IN THIS SITE. THEY WILL JUST ROBBED YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. NO RETURN TO PLAYER, THEIR RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR ARE SCAM FAKE JUST EATING MONEY AND NO RETURN TO PLAYER. BY THE WAY, I GAVE THIS ZERO STAR. WORST CASINO NO MERCY

Really good selection of games

Really good selection of games. The support staff is super helpful. Cashouts so far have gone smoothly. My only suggestion would be maybe a little better model for a way to get daily SC, otherwise, I'm happy so far!
