Top Wrapz Ltd Recensioni

I have known, worked with & used Byrons services with Top Wrapz for over 5 years & highly rate his honesty , commitment & delivery of services from start to finish .
I would send any of my customers to him on any occasion & have total faith they would be dealt with correctly , which I have done on many occasions & had nothing but praise from their feedback .
Not only great at his job , Byron is someone I trust as a person too & a very likeable person.

Byron and his team are professionals in what they do; perfection in their work comes as standard. Service delivery is first class too, with excellent communication. All round, a 5 star service by a 5 star team.

I had my VW Tiguan R-Line fully detailed and ceramic coated using GTechniq Crystal Serum at Top Wrapz Ltd and the final results were amazing. Byron is an absolute masterclass within his industry, he is professional, knowledgeable and his service is impeccable. I have no hesitations in recommending Byron to anyone, including family and friends, and i will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Byron.

Very friendly and superb service. Went the extra mile to do the car on the weekend

Excellent customer service! Highest quality wrapping! Best wrapping service in the West Midlands. pays attention to even the minor details! Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Top Wrapz = Top Guyz. Honest, friendly and outstanding professionals. These guys know what they are doing and they do it with a smile. Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else and you can expect an outstanding level of service. Quite simply the best in the business. Will be back for my maintenance washes regularly. Thanks guys!

Doubt if there are many others in the business as dedicated and passionate about their work as Byron..always goes that extra mile to attention to detail that you wouldn't even pickup..
Always treats my car as his own hence reflected in end result .. time taken is never an issue but end result and custumer satisfaction is always a priority..
Only person and company I would trust with my car.

Top Wrapz customer service is the best I've experienced. Byron went out his way to carry out a paint correction service, which was the fraction of the cost of a full respray. The bonnet looked fantastic and Top Wrapz really took their time in delivering the result I wanted. Top Wrapz went above and beyond. I will certainly be using their services again. Thank you to the team at Top Wrapz.

Byron and his team are always there before or after any service rendered. Very professional and keen on satisfying his clients. Highly recommended!!

I previously had my car ceramic coated with Byron with amazing results. He is a top professional in his craft, he gave me options to choose from and thoroughly explained each process to give me a confident decision on what I decided. Byron made arrangements which suited me in juggling work and time without a car much easier than I expected. I later returned back to Byron due to a damage repair I sustained, Byron kindly re coated the damaged area free of charge, and I cannot thank him enough for his generosity. I can assure you Byron is a trusted professional that I cannot put a word wrong against. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Recently had the front end repainted on my Nissan 350z due to severe stone chips and began looking into PPF to protect my investment. Seen a good friends car from the owners club who recently had front end PPF work carried out and I wouldn't have been happy with the end result. Subsequently he had to take it back due to bubbling, granted these things can happen but it wasn't a very neat install.

With this in mind, I didn't want to opt for the cheapest quote however a reputable outlet that also wouldn't charge the earth. Cue Top Wrapz, from the get go great communication and knew top to bottom what's involved along with demonstrating the passion for all things car care related.

Being a hobbyist detailer myself for 20yrs+ I'm not easily pleased shall we say, as I expect a high level of workmanship. The end results are stunning!!!!!! Incredibly neat install and the gloss looks unreal which should look the same for several years - if not more.

Would highly recommended and will be getting any and all detailing, wrapping or PPF from Bryon and the team at TW. An absolute credit to the industry, a breath of fresh air.

Thank you again
David

I first met Byron a little over a year ago when I enquired about some vinyl as wanted to start my own project. Byron was very helpful and bent over backwards with informations n even a few samples for me to practise with. I later had a 4 day course with Byron to learn some basic skills and have a better understanding about the process. I was blown away by Byron’s sheer passion for his work not just the wrapping services he provides but all the other services are all met with 100% and nothing less. I was that taken back by Byron’s skills and passion that. I am now working for Topwrapz as an apprentice learns all I can from one of the best in the game. He’s quality of work and customer service is of the highest standard. I’m over the moon with my new found passion and skills I’ve learnt. Glad I have a boss I can also call a friend.

The customer service from Top Wrapz is one of the highest standards of customer service I have experienced. My VW Golf R is my pride and joy and I am extremely protective over it. However, the level of reassurance, knowledge and management of the process from taking my car in for an assessment to booking it in having the work done was amazing. He kept me up to date with the work, checking in with me by sending photos of different stages of how the job was going. This is a Gold standard service and Gold standard business.

The tem at Top Wrapz are truly on another level!!!

They go above and beyond any other company I have ever used, the level of customer service is unrivalled!

Work is always 110% cannot recommend enough!

Topwrapz have been one of my go to places since buying a new Tesla. First I had ceramic coat and paint correction, then I have been back for further work such as a screen shield and maintenance washes. Topwrapz even managed to virtually hide a deep scratch I had! Definitely the go to detailer if you are in the Midlands.
