I was given the Topex 4v Cordless Glue Gun as a present and it has never worked. The USB cable provided was a dud, so I tried my own which at least got the charge light working. I left it overnight (for 2 days in fact) and it never heated up. Also there are no instructions which tell you how to charge/use the glue gun. I have emailed Topex/Topto 3 times with no responses from them. There is supposed to be a 1 yr warranty on the product, but how do you claim that if they don't respond. I would have given no stars if it was possible. Really disappointing!

They finally refunded me for the batteries, but I am still $20 out of pocket for having to pay for the return postage. If I could give them no stars I would because this has been one of my worst online shopping experiences. When I bought the batteries It did not say they would not fit my machine, that was conveniently added after my complaint. So don't even think about saying it was my fault. You are just con artists.

When I tested masonry drill bit and setting it stop when trying to drill thru like gears release the impact driver sound dry and crusty when working the drill bit kit is decent quality feel way to cheap for price not a fan of this set there is another design I’m after that’s topex which is pretty good from what I used but can’t find it… I believe this set would be great for light work not hard work…

Terrible packaging. All the staples & nails came with this item fell off from their box and got broken into small pieces. Basically, unusable.
