Love my Scooter! Makes me feel like a little kid again, scooter is as advertised! It is A Blast to ride!!

I had originally ordered the wrong wheel and they swiftly corrected the issue and sent the correct rear wheel with no delay. I installed the rear wheel and it works perfectly with no issues at all.

The packaging was a little barebones being only 2 small Styrofoam squares held in place by the weight of the wheel but I could see it being damaged by the post.

I really appreciate every aspect of experience with Top Riding , My scooter is a Monster , very compact and durable, and customer service support was unbelievable replacing my dashboard display thank you 👍

I recently bought 2 Z39's. I have put 220 miles on them so far and they have been performing excellent. Lots of power and my most recent trip was 22 miles with my wife, riding average of 20 mph. 4 out of 5 bars left on battery meter.
The questions that I had about steering dampers were answered promptly and professionally.
On our last trip wife was behind me and noticed my tail light fell out.
I went on the website to order replacement. Shortly after ordering I received an email regarding my purchase. They asked me if everything was ok with my recently purchased scooters as I ordered a taillight.
I mentioned that the light had fallen out not sure how it gotten damaged. They refunded my purchase and sent it no charge. They said it was covered under warranty.
I am beyond pleased so far with the scooters and the customer service they are backed by. I have a couple friends that are buying sets so we can ride together. Huge shout out to these guys. I highly recommend the Z39!

This is the best company I’ve dealt with in a really long time. When I first got my scooter, I jumped off a curb and the shock spring broke. I took and picture and showed them and within a couple days they sent me a new one. Then later I was riding and my axle nut came off and instead of making me put on some random nut from the hardware store, they sent me a knew one. My scooter has been really really well made too. The shock was a fluke and hey, when your riding dirt trails, bolts and nuts come loose so you do have to check them. Anyways, I couldn’t recommend top riding more. They have the best customer service and top notch products. If you dont have an F15 yet, you need to get one.

So far I've had my f19 for almost 1 year..I have over 9000 km on it and still going strong
This scooter is my 5th scooter and love it...every question I've had or concerns they corrected it and help me with fast a response

Ordered the upgraded kickstand for my f15. Had some issues with the wrong model kickstand being sent out but they promptly fixed the issue and sent out the correct one with no cost to myself! Love my F15 and use it as a daily commuter to work! Customer service was fast and clear through the whole process!

TR service is top notch, all inquires via e-mail were answered quickly and concisely.
Ordering via their website was easy and shipping was a quick as described.
I would not hesitate to recommend TR to anyone.

I recently purchased the Z39, when the Box came I could tell by how well it was packed that it should be a good experience. This is my 1st Scooter, but from my experience as a Mechanical Designer, I know this is a Quality Product. I have road several times now and I don't think I'll get tired of this any time soon! I had a Cosmetic issue with a Scratch on a plastic piece. I took some pictures and expressed my Concerns and they are sending out a New Piece, no questions asked. Excellent Customer Service, you can't go wrong. Can't wait to Ride Again! It's well worth the $,$$$.$$ :)
