I cant get them to return a call or email concerning an order I placed with them. Its been almost 2 Weeks since the order was placed and have called multiple times also emailed with no response for the past three days

Ordered 8 inch drop track bar for my 2010 ram 3500 when the part arrived I measured it and it was 3 3/4 drop. Emailed them and they told me it was for a 8 inch lift and was the biggest they made. I sent it back as they said and they had it for a month. I sent many email and Facebook messages and they only replied to a few. Said they were having computer problems then said they were moving, I waited patiently for a month! They emailed me this morning saying they were giving me a refund for $110. The part was $130. Theu said I had to pay a restocking fee because I ordered the wrong part. I told them I was doing a 14 inch lift and would not have bought a drop bracket for a 8 inch lift but did buy a 8 inch drop bracket like they had listed. They were rude and said it was my fault instead of taking responsibility for listing the part incorrectly. Doubt I will get any of my money back. Dont do business with these people, once they have your money they really dont care.

Had there kit on my 2012 ram 2500 mega cab . The ride was great , especially compared to pro comp. Will buy from tgc again

Great product. Fit and finish was on point. I purchased new, slightly longer, radius arms for my Dodge 2500 4X4 and was very pleased with what I received. Making the order was super easy and quickly delivered. The new parts made all the difference in the world. Now my truck rides, looks and makes full locked turns as it always should have. Consistently sent wrong parts, primitive sales system, incompetent sales people, inconsistent dealer pricing. Have had to deal with upset customers in both our brick and motor location and online. If this is how they treat their dealers, I'd hate to see how they treat their retail customers.

Never an Issue and product is top notch.

The product performed as expected. When my shipment was delivered, the hardware bag included was for a Chevy truck and not a Ford but I was able to swing by the store and swap for the correct hardware with no issues.

Other than initially receiving incorrect hardware and making an extra trip, I have been extremely please with TGC leveling kit I bought. Quick and free shipping, I definitely would recommend to others.

The control arms i bought were perfect improving clearance and handling, needed to swap out two of the grease zerks to 90 instead of 45s to access them to grease the upper front bushings.
