The frames are beautiful, made exactly to order, and fit perfectly. I thought that the thin material would fit the factory license plate brackets (2026 Honda Odyssey) better than thick cast frames, and this was indeed the case. The frames came in an innovative package with ample high quality mounting hardware. Entire process was very quick.

Firstly, I didn’t receive an email confirmation when I purchased the license plate frame. Upon receiving, I noticed a defect in the lower left side put. I’ve requested to return the product and get a refund three separate times. These requests have been ignored. Horrible customer service! I had to contact my bank to request the charges be reversed. Wasting my time and energy is unacceptable. Please resolve my issue.

The actual product is excellent. The delivery times for custom frames is good. However the communications with your team is non-existint and terrible and will cost you business

Didn't realize the personalization came in sticker form so I need to wait til someone with a steady hand is available as I do not. Other than that the quality is there I wish it was more visible they would have to be applied at home

Great response from staff!! The product seems to be quality stuff. My only issue would be:

1) I didn't get a response from the company saying they received my order though when I inquired, they responded quickly.

2) I ordered 3D lettering in black with black license plate frame. Unfortunately, the double sided tape is white and stands out when put in place.

Those are my only issues. Otherwise great service and product.
