Went to the Maidstone practice, my dentist Monika and her nurse Elena were amazing, very friendly and professional they put me at ease as I was a little nervous. They went through all options with me. Id definitely recommend tooth club Maidstone again.

Very informative visit to the Birmingham clinic - answered all my questions - I’m definitely considering having composite bonding there.

Needed replacement dentures,3 months later still bad fitting after sending to the lab 3 or 4 times, each time is another 7 to 10 day wait, had 1 appt cancelled when already on my way. Have now walked away and will search elsewhere. Beware!

Very friendly staff, Charlotte and Faith are very helpful at reception. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I walked into this dental practice in Halstead a broken person — well, my teeth were broken. I walked out with a smile so dazzling I've nearly blinded three people on the way home. 10/10, would recommend.

I had composite bonding and a plate done, and honestly? I didn't know teeth could look this good. My own teeth looked at me in the mirror and said "we don't deserve this." They were right. They got an upgrade they absolutely did not earn.

Dr Jordan AlQuran is quite simply a wizard. Not the pointy hat kind — the kind that somehow makes sitting in a dentist's chair with your mouth wide open feel like a five-star experience. Calm, skilled, and clearly very talented, Dr AlQuran transformed my teeth while I tried to answer questions with approximately fourteen tools in my mouth.

The customer service from start to finish was absolutely amazing — from the warm welcome at reception to the final reveal (cue dramatic music). Every single step of the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. At a DENTIST. I know. I was shocked too.

If you're on the fence about coming here, get off the fence. Your teeth deserve Dr Jordan AlQuran. Frankly, so do you.

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.
This clinic has completely ruined my teeth after carrying out 20 composite treatments. The work is unacceptable, the results are shocking, and the damage caused is something I’m now left to deal with.

I was initially offered a refund over the phone, but when I asked for proper accountability, they refused a video call and then retracted the refund offer altogether. That alone tells you everything about their professionalism.

The service has been atrocious, the aftercare is non‑existent, and their behaviour raises serious concerns about whether they follow legal obligations, industry regulations, or even basic good practice. In my experience, they clearly do not.

I am totally dissatisfied, deeply disappointed, and extremely concerned that a place operating like this is allowed to treat patients at all. There appears to be no proper regulation, no transparency, and no willingness to take responsibility for the harm they’ve caused.

I will continue to update as this situation develops.

Very happy with my experience here. Lovely white smile provided by Abdul Gafoor who was assisted by Aaron. It was a pleasure to have them look after me. They made me totally at ease and checked all the time if I was ok.

Had a dental great experience with Dr Nahla. very honest and professional, listened to what i wanted from the treatment and advised on the best way forward, rather than just chasing the money! very professional and talented Dr. her assistant Ghazel was also on point and made the whole visit very comfortable.

Absolutely shocking service. Today in an emergency I was told NO, there are not any emergency appointments even though I walked in the door when they opened. I was told I could drive an hour away to another practice, this is not acceptable. I have cancelled my plan and I would advise anyone looking to join Allington Tooth Club, Don’t.
They were so unhelpful and they really didn’t care and not once did they ask if I was in pain. It was really a “computer says no” moment. Look elsewhere.

Had composite bonding at Tunbridge Wells today and to say I’m happy with my results is an understatement. I went in nervous and straight away just by talking to Damla she put me straight at ease.

Damla and Zeyad where really lovely throughout the whole procedure and I thank them both for their work.
